A24's Latest movie LAMB is a movie about an Icelandic family encountering the unexpected and the consequences of keeping the balance between happiness and not messing with Mother Nature.
After taking some time to digest what I watched...here is my review of the movie LAMB (2021) out in theaters now!

In rural Iceland, a childless couple discover a strange and unnatural newborn in their sheep barn. They decide to raise her as their own, but sinister forces are determined to return the creature to the wilderness that birthed her.

This movie is was really good at subverting your expectations, the whole time the mother sheep is hanging around bleating for it's baby, you don't know if she's demonic or not, then the real demon at the end is out of nowhere

I appreciate the fact that there are those that are watching this movie for the first time and I love seeing the reactions. Even though I wasn't that high on it when I first saw it, I do remember it well and I appreciated the creativity behind it.

Lamb was very cute . The film didn't make any sense but still I enjoyed it.

I'm not sure if this is the same movie...but there was a movie called "The Lamb" about a priest who must test his faith in the face of temptation. Could you be thinking about that?

I'm a huge A24 fan but this one really didn't hold up to its potential.

Yeah, I came into it not really knowing what to expect but didn't find it as scary as I thought it would be...def more psychological with heavy folklore/fairytale themes. What's been your favorite A24 movie so far?
