one thing that never gets mentioned when people talk about LAMB is how merlyn sings "i'm just a boy yeah, i'm just a boy yeah" before joba's verse but in the bridge he changes it to "i'm just a boy yeah, i was just a boy yeah". i think he's implying that he has moved on and gotten stronger, older and wiser and that he's not just a "boy" anymore.
