I can see why she'd be uncomfortable. The bath likely causes enough thermal expansion to make a bra she wears normally feel tight. This is assuming it's not her continuous growth. I'm sure many enjoy the mental picture she painted.

Why would you wear a bra to bed, panties I get, some people do and some don't but bras? They're quite tiring in the long run, as sleeping is a moment of rest you shouldn't wear a bra when sleeping. (Also wearing a bra is counterproductive if you wanna avoid sagging) And if its hot guess what, boobs sweat too so yeah, you would wake up with particularly sweat boobs.
