Lana is the best actress on the show and the best actor is Robert. They both seem to have good timing and know how to rapidly sell there respective roles in this classic of a series. I hope this series is long remembered even when they stop airing it which I prey is not going to happen anytime soon.

Plot twist: That was not her audition tape. Lana was just apologizing to the crew for being late to the audition. They just happened to have the camera rolling.

This is what I love about Emma's character and how I can relate in some ways to her, is that instead of being the "damsel in distress," People like her, Mulan, and Tiana are all "badass" types and can stand up on their own.

Personally, I find the fixation modern writers have with making female characters "badass" annoying and limiting. Male characters are often more interesting by comparison because they're allowed to have weaknesses and don't have to conform to an ideal. I thought curse era Mary Margaret was a more interesting and likable character than clichely "badass" Snow White.

If not Robert, I have three other actors who would be AWESOME at playing Rumpelstiltskin. 1. Mark Hamill - simply because he's so good at playing deliciously devious characters 2. Clancy Brown - because he can go from sinister to adorable in the same scene 3. Hugo Weaving - he's got good class like Rumple often does. But he can also be intimidating

Lana was able to look scary, and if you really look at her eyes, you can kinda tell that she’s been through a lot and she’s damaged emotional, which really is Reginas story.
