Land Moto District 1,000 mile review

The short version is this bike is worth every penny. Until you can actually ride or see one in person you cant compare it to anything else out there as of today that compares for the price, quality and components. Just my opinion.

Thanks Zilla.... With your video, helped me decide on getting one for myself. I'm in NJ and Spring and good weather is coming, yet no motorcycle endorsements. So great for a beginner, and with a switch of button and change to modes 3 and 4 after I complete all the NJ tests.

I’d love to call us an e-bike cause I don’t mind the gray areas… but if it’s got pegs, nobody’s gonna pass it as an electric bike. It’s electric moped or motorcycle and I am totally fine with that. If I bought it, I would register it because it’s that bad ass.

I have a Zero FX but I am thinking this would be a cool bike too. On a side note I use to live in Beach Park IL and was stationed at FT Sheridan. 🙂

Bike is too much fun. The zero looks like a great bike. Never seen one in person though . The land is more like a very powerful ebike with motorcycle grade parts . If you get a chance try one out! You’re not too far away! Thanks for the comment!

How many miles do you get out of that battery size? Would love to see more riding videos on the land moto

I did a range test and got 66 miles with 15% left. Didn’t want to push it and get stuck. There is no pedaling this machine! Lol! The test was mode 4 pretty much balls out on hills and scenic roads so no city driving . Speed limits were 35- 50 mph .

Kind of sad my electric scooter is almost similar range faster speed too 60 mph for 50 mi and then can another 30 mi dwindling speed because of the power management system turbo wheel phateon, only cost $4,000 and I can pack it up and put it in my car no issue

It's chain driven so that contributes. A hub driven bike would be quieter

No issues. Very comfy . Multiple 2-3 hr rides. It is a street so I don’t do any off roading. Unless you consider our pot holes off roading. Then it’s great !!

Completely agree. I guess they classify it as an emoto. They have an ebike mode which I guess just limits it to the power of an ebike.

The bike is well made but sadly overpriced.. there are better preforming bikes for less a lot less .. this bike is 10k take home with max battery and the basic stuff to make it street legal n then they’ll charge u for mud guards so total it’s about 10-11k over 8k it advertised as, and for that price it need a ev charger there should be no range anxiety period..

Exactly. ONly one that comes to mind is Zero. The Zero FX is a very similar price but with slightly better all around specifications. Land Moto has just dropped the price of the district by about $1500 though!@@quadzilla2854
