Hey guys! Welcome back to the channel!

A really good conversion and the 300Tdi engine is a really good choice. It shows that Defenders are built for life when in the right hands. Great videos. Thank you.

Wolf is the best 90. MOD put them through their paces. 300tdi engine is superb.

Really not a fan of hanging the electric fan through the Radiator core - they often shift and wear through the tubes ruining the radiator. The better way is to make a flat steel frame that slots in to the original mounting points on the cooling pack frame where the original cowling went on the disco.

The fit of the fan is very tight to the frame , it doesn’t budge! Happy with how it’s mounted as it’s sitting within the frame, it’s got nowhere to go 😁

Revotec do a electric fan kit with mounting plate especially for the tdi, also do td5 etc.

Why does everyone keep posting negative comments on these videos. I don’t see anyone who’s posting these comments making cool builds and creating videos like these. When doing these builds there always lots of different ways of doing things and a lot of the time it’s down to personal preference. Keep up the awesome videos guys, I love these videos for inspiration!

Excellent conversion, love the look and it sounds fabulous, big fan of teh 300tdi, my 110 has done 260000 miles on its original engine, still has original turbo, cylinder head only ever had servicing no mods or anything and still runs like a dream (hopefully not just jinxed it! :)) . looking forward to the next video.

You can....even now for not crazy money...just shop around..find these vehicles that are not rocket science or money IF you know what to look for....the problem is...is some are sold to sell...(like a priced up poncey Chelsea Tractor for £34k....) and some are just missloved....or some..well...they just need a bit of TLC..(farm hacks......and believe me...there are still some out there WITHOUT MOT!)....that sometimes that owner that says...new crossmember? MOT failure...? Why not....they ALL need one... Get it...buy it.... (Only Edited because yt likes to spellcheck me on this stuff)

Great build I am getting close to finishing my own Conversion a 200tdi in series 3 109 bobtail, Yes been done but its a left hand drive with Discovery 200tdi, ;) Not been easy But Mainly wiring left Runs awesome

Great job, you make this look easy, but it's only straight forward if you know what you are doing. I am attempting the same, NA was Swiss cheese and being overtaken by HGVs is scary. As far as I have read this is a legitimate conversation done by the MOD and recommended with later LT77s, or with an R380 converted to short bellhousing and spline. It would be great if you could explain the diffenent positions and the knocks-ons, in your upcoming ratios video. Eg. engines, mounts, bellhouses, gearbox, gear levers, props, hoses.

As Sam was in the interior (with its MOD/drab look) thinking that once this owner gets their vehicle back they’ll quickly be scheduling more work with Juice!

I am about to do this on my MOD110, changing to an R380,. long bellhousing, have you changed the LT230 ratios here? I am uncertain about which LT230 to fit to mine, I have a Discovery 1.2 here, standard is the 1.6 obviously.

Stock defender is 1.410, wait a couple days, I have a video on just this to be released early next week!

If you like this JUICE then go and get one....the Land Rover is your LAST experience of a TRUE engined go it all vehicle....the 200/300Tdi (300Tdi) being THE BEST.......Just do it...they would/will outlast you....ABSOLUTELY bulletproof...
