From personal experience, I can tell you that a lot of landlords think the "lord" part gives them all the power. I once had to drag one into court for harassment. He learned the hard way that "lord" isn't the operative meaning of the word landlord. I hope your landlord gets what's coming to her.

It is pretty clear why she did all this. She got an offer to get rid of this property with several buildings on it. Her deal with the other business owner didn’t want to sell and she couldn’t get out of so she retaliated and did things to hurt the business so she could get him out and resell it. Because had even happen when she was with me) Though she kept on saying "No No... you're just not a locking your door, when you leave." Yes I was. (When my truck was gone.... Told the thieves I wasn't there) Oh btw... I also learned I can't trust Century lock boxes either. I am on a fixed income and cannot suffer those kinds of losses. Eventually I caught them red-handed... It w the landlord's adult great-grandchildren. She refused to do anything about it. A hard lesson to learn. I do not believe, I will ever live with a relative again ever! (She is my 1st cousin with MS) I was severely tested believe me. I learned A very hard lessons.... Going against what I know. Because my first cousin... the landlord and I made verbal agreements at the very beginning. And yes I hate to admit I had been a rental manager 15 years and I knew better... It is a longer story but you get the idea... Happy to say... I know I passed God's test. Praying everything works out for you.
