My buddy Tanner Ison of Reel Deal fishing charters invited us to fish with him out of Marco Island, Florida. We headed deep into the gulf of medico to fish the abandoned military towers and the shrimp boats. These towers hold a multitude of species such as blackfin tuna, cobia, amberjack and many others! We spent the day going from different towers and shrimp boats, trying to feed cobia and tuna!

Hey Vic. Kewpie is pronounced Q- pee. Kewpies were a doll from the 1920s and 30s. They were cheap and often given as tokens or as prizes at carnivals or other events. The picture on the mayo was an accurate depiction.

and the original artist for the dolls was rose oneill. an i believe she was around springfield missouri when she drew the first kewpie cutout that later was made in to doll form using bisque and were originally made in germany.

First congratulations to you guys both. I would say i have been watching you Vik from the time you hit up my peacock spot in the township. I fished that little bridge when i worked there . I was the manager at township gym back then and started fishing those waters almost 30 years ago. That spot is where my real fishing passion started. My coin shop I own is only 1 mile away from there . I still fly fish there once in awhile. Beautiful poke bowl top notch . Thank you for all your videos and hardwork.

I started watching Brook's channel first, if you can believe that. I've been watching her channel for about a year and a half or so. I mustn't be too bright, because it probably took me 6 months after that to notice that Vic also had a channel. I think I was looking for lobster and crab videos and that's how I found Brook to begin with. It just spun from there!!! I love the cooking at the end, and I especially love the videos with the family in them.

I’ve been following you and Brook for several years. How did I miss the wedding? When you said newly married I was shocked. Love you treatment of the blackfin. My biggest was 30 1/2 caught in Key West. Great fighting fish on light tackle.

Hey Viktor and Brooke. Congrats on your marriage. In 1909, Rose O'Neill did a comic strip about baby cupids. She also made Kewpue dolls out of paper. In 1912, she had them produced in Germany out of bisque. Of course, WWI put a damper if the dolls being imported to the US. After WWI they were allowed back in. They stayed a popular toy into the 1930's. Your poke bowls looked absolutely delicious. On the West Coast, we don't have those species of tuna. They fid look like a fun catch to get.

I’m so happy for you two! You are the best couple on KZfaq. The respect you show each other is beautiful! If you ever wanted to host viewers(we would find someplace local to stay). , My wife and I would love to crab where grandma crapped, go out the next day to catch some fish (I’m a KZfaq fisherman, complete rookie with lots of time on the Pacific Ocean) and then come back in a day for a family meal and personal cleaning and cooking lessons followed by eating with mom, dad and anyone else you want to invite!

I've been watching for a while. The first videos I've seen were the ones on the beach, catching sharks. I love your channels, even if I very rarely fish, but you make us discover many types of fishes I knew nothing about. Plus, you make me learn about Florida, a state I will visit for sure. And I learn fishing and cooking words in english ( my first language is french). I love how the quality of your videos never cease to get better. Love the image quality since you have a cameraman.
