If you ever been around a kitchen long enough, you’ll know this is second nature to most chefs/cooks. I’ve seen cooks stick their fingers into boiling water, and lift something out of a hot frying pan of something they are sautéing. It’s impressive honestly.

I'll take a firehouse burger without the nasty ass pickle but add bacon or a grim burger with firehouse sauce and the cayenne butter

Burgers are one of my favorites. Looks good. I would NOT want to go there after Guy has been there. He has un sanitary habits and should know better. I don't think he cares....he just wants to eat. Unbelievable!
