Protection from arrows works against all ranged attacks from weapons I think the range is the same as DnD since Nasu is a massive DnD nerd, so it should be 2-30 feet I don't know much about Touta, but he is a case of a servant that could very easily be a 5 star servant in terms of strength, as even characters like Raikou both respect and is wary of him, but isn't because they aren't super hot or a woman There isn't much to say about Bedivere, so fun fact. In the old welsh legends Bedivere was actually a monster of a knight and was concidered the 2nd strongest knight of the round table only being inferior to Sir Kay, Arthur's step sibling (Who also fun fact was said to be so strong that the only way Kay could lose a fight, was if God himself willed it) and this was while only having one arm. Also the weapon Bedivere is most famous for is not the sword, but rather the spear, in legend it was said that he wielded a magical spear that was able to seperate the tip from the shaft and every time someone got wounded by they would receive 9 wounds instead of one. Now imagine how terrifying it must be to be trying to fight one of the strongest knights in the world who is wielding a fucking flying spear tip that inflicts 9 times the damage of a normal spear.
