The Los Angeles Police Department Thursday responded to a large car show in downtown Los Angeles.

I live on this block. The people in the 'orange rainbow' parking garage were fine. It was the unrelenting three hours of cars circling the same few blocks over and over with the loudest revving engines I've ever heard and continuous backfires echoing off the tall buildings that really got old.

"Huge car meet up".... Come to CT... Matter of fact they have gotten too big... It used to be maybe 50 or so people and cars max fairly under control... Nowadays here its closer to 1000 cars minimum and kids without licenses carrying guns and hit and run accidents with unregistered cars... Shame really. Fast and Furious definitely popularized and romanticized a dangerous hobby that used to be much safer, less destructive and fly under the public and law enforcements radar...

I was there at the top😂😂 1000 people not even a few hundred tho. Cops didn't do anything they preffer us to be in ok me spot and to go home then to start pushing us out. Street takeover not even this was a wild car meet if the cops pushed us out of the garage it would have been a massive street takeover all over the city. Good meet tho
