You don’t have to do this. All you need to do is press ctrl+alt+delete and restart ur PC. If this does not work then just hold the power button until your PC turns off and restart it again.

Bro after putting battery back on my lenovo g50 and pressing the power button it took very long time and again the screen went black and after 5 -6 min it didn't open the recovery option it directly show to my usernam and to enter the laptop password

Actually my Laptop has a black screen but it turned okay when you let it on for few moments then turn it off then turn it on again....just wait until your laptop functions properly....idk if it will apply to others but it work well for me.

Last month I got a black screen problem and I tried to remove all plugs thats connected to my computer (and battery too) it does work. But now it doesn't. I just used system restore to restore my files and when the restore completed it boots my laptop again but theres no display (no sign in, no cursor, keyboard not functioning) please help

Yes ..have to press power button for 30 second (before this process :- remove your laptop battery first /desktop CMOS battery first)

If you can try seeing if you can open the laptop and then seeing if the ram is loose and mabye try connecting to a external monitor if that doesn't work its could be another issue and could be just cheaper to buy a new laptop by then.

Can someone please help me I have a problem where I start my laptop and i installed phoenix os earlier and there are two options windows and phoenix I click on the windows it turned into blank screen and sometimes it appears but sometimes the blank screen appears what should I do (by the way my laptop is dell Inspiron 15 3000 series )
