Lara has achieved such an exquisite level of perfection in doing that. You cannot project emotions through music unless you truly feel them in your heart, soul, and body while performing.

Lara is 100% into the story, like the two are inseparable. Superb and stunning performance. Granted that the story relates to her mother and grandmother as she mentions earlier in the video, her interpretation is nontheless truly astounding. She spent the first few years of her life there with her sicilian mother and grandma. Her husband is also sicilian. She also as been living there for the past few months since the end of 2022.

I am a bit jealous, as a French, I find italian is a more beautiful language to song, especially for romantic or emotional song... French is strong and can be very emotional, but far from being neear Italian.
