Large ABANDONED 2.5 Million Dollar house with so much stuff left behind. Explore #93
This house was built in the 1970's and sits on a very secluded 6 acre property. It has been abandoned for approx. 2 years. A developer bought up the land here and they have plans to demolish this house to make way for new homes. There was so much to see here as there was so much stuff left behind. This house is an all brick raised bungalow and was pretty large. It is converted into two living spaces.

About me:
I have been exploring abandoned places since I was a child and now I would like to film the explores and share the videos with you.
My father took me to my first abandoned house when I was 7 years old. I remember going into the house and a old farmer came in and told us "we better watch out as the floors are all rotten and unsafe". Ever since that day I was hooked on exploring abandoned places.
If you have a location you would like to share with me or want me to explore for you please send me an email at abandonedurbexcanada@hotmail.com and I will give you full credit for the share in the description and during the video if you choose.

We're always hearing about the importance of recycling, but when it comes to buildings it seems everything ends up at the dump. So far the only people doing the recycling on abandoned homes are the ones stealing the copper pipes.
@chrisgraham2904
@chrisgraham2904 2 жыл бұрын
So many components and fixtures that could be recycled by organizations like Habitat for Humanity. A neighbour, who had the same house as mine, replaced all his windows with high efficiency windows at a cost of about $20,000.00 . A year later he sold the property to a developer who had the intention to sever the lot and build two triplexes. The developer wasn't interested in selling me all the windows, that would have fit directly into my home. The entire house was bulldozed and smashed a few months later.

Yep exactly why I get shitty about the Dems taking billions for climate change and Paris accord yet they put the money in there pockets because there crooked politicians all are. I do recycling myself but in my city you have to pay for a recycling can that's BS imo because Dems wanna say we need to recycle more climate change etc yet they don't do anything to recycle the stuff we all I ain't paying to recycle when my tax dollars already paid for it I seen a documentary about how Walmart and other stores where having recycling bins and yet not recycling the items

What ticks me off even more, is when we have our own Canadians living in the streets and have no place to go or live. It's a terrible shame that our Government has no concerns of looking after our own people and helping them get off the streets. Troubled Times!

Thanks for another great view of an abandoned property! I know I could never do your job Brent, because I’d be saying “I can’t believe someone just left this!” over and over! It just doesn’t seem natural in most peoples worlds to walk away from their possessions so there must be a pretty good reason for going against the grain. It’s very interesting and half of the places you visit I wouldn’t mind cleaning up and living there! So much waste! What a difference in lifestyles when you’re either rich or poor! Thanks for the awesome tour Brent! 😊

Another great find. I always find it so odd when these nice houses are abandoned with so much left behind. I have well water with a lot of iron in one of my houses and my water filtration system has a magnesium canister to remove it. The water would dye everything rust color before that was added. I feel like there must have been something like manganese in the water. That was happening at my mom's house and it was horrid. And smelled bad! It was safe to shower in, but not so much to drink or cook with (that concentrates it even higher), so that would explain any bottled water left around.
