Жыл бұрынDeep and hidden in the mountains lies this huge mansion, this place was purchased by a very rich Italian woman. She purchased this place so her and the family can meet, but I find it slightly weird that she was hiding someone behind the walls.
I just found this place had such a weird feeling like a bad present was there.

Sometimes the home becomes just a house after someone special dies. I remember walking into the house on the ranch I grew up on after my mom died and the house had lost its warmth, the smells, she was a great cook, her perfume, even feel was different, cold somehow. We were a large family & spent our childhood there. We all brought our kids there for the holidays and even though my dad lived for 18 months after she passed, the place just wasn’t the same with her gone.

@Lori Hayes. I know my mom has been dead for almost 8 months and I moved back to take care of mom and my dad but home doesn’t feel the same like you said my mom also was a great cook and I can’t smell her anymore even tho I’ve left all her stuff the way she left it. But it’s not the same

That’s what they say about Graceland. Elvis house is now snd house it it got sone warmth with Lisa. Now lisa is gone. It will not ever be the same.

I agree that there’s more to that house! If that room was just locked, but that little window was like they were checking on what or who was locked in. A paranormal group should check it out!

It's a beautiful home ,a shame sitting unused,no descendants to have it ,it's amazing how many places sit abandon while people live homeless,love how you take your time and care so much about the places you explore, keep the good work up ,and videos coming,that door was open when you started down stairs and heard that sound before you turned around and went back it was closed , I backed up to see

Oh someone is taking care of it. It would not have trimmed trees and bushes or a nice driveway. There was a new light and new fan and as a retired construction owner all the wood would be warped and all knows made of metal would be rusted.

The hard work that went into those doors, the snooker room cabinet and those drawers. But my favorite was those steps made of wood. Wow!! Loved that place and the scenery, amazingly beautiful! Can you imagine watching a sunrise or sunset from up there!

I used to think like you until I lost my mum and if was left to me her house would of been kept how she kept it, I’ve grieved for the family home to, sometimes when you lose someone you can’t face things or want keep things as they was x

Incredible! The woodwork was amazing. I love all the built-in cabinets and all the hardware. There was a kind of sadness, and darkness about the place yet you can see it must have been full of life when the family was around. The scenery was beautiful, I would love to sit on the porch or by the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet. Great explore!

What a beautiful place, such a fantastic gem. I really had a erie feeling to the top level and would love to know the truth about the locked door with the window, IT really looks like a prison inspection window.

Couple of things Dave... Thanks for the explore - I think this was a bed and breakfast due to all the bathrooms and the secret room in the foyer was the concierge bedroom private but accessible. There seems to have been a holiday apartment with it's own kitchen and the main kitchen had an industrial size dishwasher. The secret "cell" upstairs looks like a prison but my feeling is there is a simple explanation for it ( hopefully!) I didn't get a very good feeling about the place however It made me feel a bit creepy.

That was an awesome find what a grand old place. The basement may have been servient quarters and that hidden room in the bathroom may have been to hide away a very disable person that they didn't want anyone to know about. But what every it was used for it gets you thinking. It was great that no one has trashed the beautiful place. Thanks for sharing such a great find.

Those small rooms inside bathroom are really creepy don't know what they did with those rooms so scary to think about giving me serial killer home vibes where you find several hidden rooms to keep people locked up

Beautiful home, it's too bad the family left it to rot , but it still looks like it's in good enough shape that all you have to do is clean it up a bit and move in. I hope the family comes back and put the life back into it. I agree the little room with the window and table inside was a bit creepy, and why would you hide a nice bedroom away too. Anyway thank you for taking us alone to this beautiful home to explore. I love the way you explain everything and with so much respect to the previous owners. There is a lot of things in this place that were not available in the 90s. Some lights and outlet covers are new and they didn't have those upright adjustable fans either. Someone's still taking care of this place. The wood would be all warped also. The hedges and trees wouldn't be trimmed either. Hope no one follows you home lol

WOW, this Villa is stunning! Phenomenal architecture. I have just enough Italian in me to still count and I can tell you this house was owned by "Old School Family".... If you understand my meaning. That little room off the bathroom..... Indeed?!? .... If walls could talk. After a good cleaning and a solid sage cleansing, I'd stay there.

out of the homes you have explored this was an absolutely beautiful home you can make it into a hotel or even a bed and breakfast and the view was stunning I would love to live there just sitting out on the lounge reading a book and enjoying a cup of tea and just listing to the birds that I call a little bit of paradise its a shame the lady past away and now there are only memories but I hope that some buys the home from the family and make it beautiful again❤

Gives me a B & B vibe, in summer guests in winter family, but maybe family don't live near, if one doesn't want to sell it will remain abandoned..here in Italy so many big houses are left to rot, too expensive to run and taxes are high 😢

This place has a sad feeling attached to it. All the dark wood and white walls with that staircase upstairs. I know that quite a few of other nations marry within their family 1st and 2nd cousins that could have been the reason for the small locked room. On another note I love all the arched doors and windows those are just beautiful. You have a great day and stay safe.

This place is pretty cool, but I don’t think in any of the explores I have seen so many spiders and egg sacs from spiders! That makes it a little bit creepy. It’s a little secret room off the bathroom was really crazy too. I wonder if it was some kind of treatment room or something like that. the secret bedroom off the hallway was pretty neat. All together a wonderful explore, although a little strange with all the spiders and stuff! Take care!

I think I know the answer to the secret room.. I worked for a place many years ago in Estes Park Colorado, that had large mountain homes, every one of them was rentable because the family who owned them usually only stayed on average 2 weeks of the year for vacation, the rest of the year they were rented out, this was before BnB's.. ... every mountain home had a locked room or a private room that was only allowed access by the owners, renters were strictly forbidden in those rooms. some were hidden with an access door that would have been locked, like this one seems to be.. some were just a locked door, and some were even alarmed to the main office to keep snoopy renters out.. back then most of these places before the internet would be booked by Travel agents offering family vacation getaway packages, even my parents booked an Italian villa vacation package back then in Italy.. and it had a whole wing where renters were not allowed..

Hi Dave.I love this place...its so beautiful and sad at the same time. Its like I can see the activities, parties, and all friends and families there and now it is left to nature to take over. Italians are family orientated and I would imagine the place was full all of the time. And your right Dave it does have a Pub vibe to it. Be careful of those wild boars. 🐗 Love you loads.
