That’s the way my father always cooked corn, but as of late, we cook the corn in the husk in the microwave then side the cob out of the husk. Works really well.

We cook corn on the grill. Just throw the whole thing, in the husk, and let it cook. It tastes amazing

Love love love some camping. We do a lot of state park camping spring thru fall and then pull the camper to Florida and stay all winter. We started camping about 40 years ago in a tent with 3 children and slowly graduated to bigger and better camping experiences.

I cook my corn in the microwave. Just throw the whole thing in husk and all for about 3 minutes. Husk and hair fall right off and the corn retains all its sweetness! Easy peasy!

There is an outlet mall about 30 minutes from me and they use to have a Pepperidge farm store there. I would swing by when I was out there and pick up a bunch of different things. But sadly they closed. My mom really liked when I stopped by there. I love Meijer. I go to one with my cousin when I'm in Michigan. I live in NC and we don't have them. You don't have to justify what you buy. We all buy things that may not be good for you. I do like my junk food at times

Meghan, try putting sugar in the water to boil your corn. It makes the sweetness of the corn really pop.

Depending on which store it is, when I go hopping from one to another, I have to have a dollar amount that makes it worth making another stop. And it can change with my mood! Sometimes it’s $5 and sometimes it’s $20 😂

I had a bite of a plant based burger. Didn’t know it was plant based and neither did my husband (he bought them). That one bite was enough for me to know I could never be vegan. I bit into that burger and immediately spit it out. I exclaimed loudly “what in the h•ll is this. Yuck.” Funniest label I ever saw was a bottle of beer called “Horse Piss”. My husband and I laughed so hard. We had company at the time, his army buddies were at our house for a reunion so you know we had to buy it and try it out. I didn’t try it because I don’t like beer. Don’t even like the smell of it. The guys said it wasn’t bad but. I don’t know.

I enjoyed shopping with you. Shame on Aldi tho. Theyve had so many bare spots on their shelves for to long. Covid left years ago now. Theyre buying more companies but arent caring about the older stores. Instead of having to make more stops to compensate, i might go elsrwhere instead. Saving gas money by doing so. 🙏❤😡

No Way recycled bath tissue. Sorry but not for me. Cause what is it recycled from 😂. When you start to use grass fed, grass finished ground beef the regular ground beef does not taste as good. Sam’s has great hoagie rolls IMO. Coming from someone who lived in the Philly suburbs.
