ホットクック便利ですね。朝から、手間ひまかけたお料理凄いです。さつまいもカボチャサラダ真似て早速作ってみたいです。のり巻きチキンも良いですね。お手伝いしてくれる二女ちゃん、手際良いですね。子供達も、だんだん戦力になってくれますよね。お弁当も作り、大したママです。アレックス助かりますね　健康じゃなければやっていけません　時節柄ご自愛下さい。更新感謝です。

You're so busy! And you do it all without getting flustered. When I was married and my Son was in school, I used to have a hard time packing his school lunch because he was a picky eater. At least at work I had good food that didn't cost anything, that was a bonus I really appreciated. I'm supposed to visit Japan next Christmas and New Years; I would have liked to go see the sakura blossoms but my Son and I decided on Christmas. Summer is too hot, even here. I live just 21 kms from Niagara Falls Canada and this summer was especially hot.

Everything looks good!! I worry about cooking the chicken in plastic though, as research shows that plastic micro-particles are transferred into food and then we eat them. Maybe use parchment instead?
