@KZfaq Manthan He has brought the change by reducing the tarrifs drastically and due to which other companies had to follow. Before Jio 1GB of data used to cost Rs.100-150 and now you know what the cost is. This is the reason for drastic increase in user base. So there is no problem in acknowledging the contribution of Reliance in making conditions favourable for such an increase in user base. And that ONLY 16% is within 5 years and previous 25% was from the beginning when the internet was introduced in India. Do not ignore rate of increase.

But we are a third world country, we are still in the process of development whereas the developed country get the access to many new inventions first so generally their entire population gets access to these new goodies first. As of now I am happy that my country has achieved 99.7% electricity coverage across the entire country.
