I think all of this is proof of how high the level is in this weight class and how close these guys all are and that it seems to depend more on the form of the day in the respective matches as to who wins in the end. And as Pradeep also says in this video, that the different styles of the athletes seems to play a role too, who wins against who.

@@bobbobby8250for the amount of time hes been armwrestling, he is actually quite decent. The losing streak was probably what killed his interest.

Leonidas is different to larry though. Leonidas is at this point an armwrestler, larry never was. The comparison between the two was that they had very similar powerlifting numbers at the time and both started armwrestling at the same time. Leonidas is fully onboard. It will be his hardest match yet, although it wont be a clean with for John that is fore sure.

@@jax9574 nobody is overrating him? He's weighing more than all his opponents. That's normal when climbing the ranks. Johns hand will for sure be where his strengths are. Leonidas has pretty solid endurance probs due to his age. The match is good. Absolutely no hate towards this match. It is 100% warranted. It makes sense.

It simply means, you just dont hop into a Sport and expect to compete with the best and win. How hilarious would it be. Other then that, it seems Larry is also to much of an Allrounder. Doing this doing that. Put aside, The promotion he did for the sport regards to his channel years ago including Levan, MMT, Devon and Dubai stuff was a game changer and everyone should be thankful for that.

He didn't have any stamina in the match with Larratt which was way before covid / vax. It has more to do with him being lazy in his old days and not training at all like other competitors. Arm wrestling has changed and it's more competitive now. Edit: and also John's shoulder issues prevent him from having more table time and get his strength / stamina up

@@decarthes at the time with Devon he still was relatively new in his comeback and when he first came back, he was on a great streak. Yes definitely I agree with you his shoulder is a major problem and it’s probably most of his issues. But John said it himself on a podcast he’s not taking the vaccine because it’s causing him to get sick often and he has no stamina ever since taking it so he said he’s not taking any more boosters. People really hate to admit it that the vaccine causes a lot of issues in the body. A lot of people who received the vaccine do not want to admit they might be health issues now because of it out of fear. I guess it’s better to think it’s a conspiracy then accept in long term health issues and I get it people are scared. John on the other hand said he think it’s causing him problems because ever since he took it that he’s been having issues. Let’s all be honest if you think the vaccine doesn’t cause any health issues to the body then you are just hiding in fear. But yes, his shoulder is the major number one problem. If he can’t win his next match with this guy then he’s pretty much never gonna be, where he wants to be in the sport of armwrestling again. Doesn’t really matter because John doesn’t need to prove anything anymore. You could watch a lot of his old matches on ArmTV which is all uploaded for free on KZfaq on Gary’s channel. ✌️
