It was peanuts. 😎 I only benchpress 80kg’s But he was looking at me and my gayfriend little funny, so i folded him up like a folding bicycle. Damn did i make him look bad that day, it was hilarious! 🥳 He’s fine now looking very healthy. It took him few weeks to recover and i think a few months to detraumatise, because he was still looking like a folding bicycle afterwards, slowly more like a normal bicycle and today strong again. Like nothing happened huh? Not remember me??

@3:30 Keep your elbows facing the ground as opposed to outward with this exercise and you'll get crazy results. Better still, do this with your back to a pad for stability, with elbows facing forward. The main thing, though, is to have your hands overhead with elbows up near your ears (as opposed to pulldowns). The reason is that the tricep should be stretched when doing this exercise. I did all other exercises for 17 years before trying this. I have done nothing else for triceps in 19 years and it never stops working. 58 and tri's are still super-thick and growing.

Roelly is one of the kindest and good energy people in the business. I've wanted to shoot a training video with Roelly, since I met him 10 years ago. I shot him backstage at all of the Arnold's and Olympias he's competed in, but never a training video. I used to watch these motivational videos with him, and he's also using pretty light weights. I wasn't curious to see if he has some strength. He does! Very impressive. Larry and I didn't arm wrestle with him too hard. We did it just for fun, but he's got potential. :)

When he did the skull crusher he went perpendicular to the floor every single rep training his lats(or dick i am not sure)more then triceps instead of holding that 60-70 degrees angle keeping the tension on his triceps. He would benefit if he stoped ego lifting i mean he has nothing to prove🤷

26:35 you can really see how roelly's strict form shuttles all the blood straight into the bicep, compared to larry, who is using 35 pound dumbbells compared to roelly's 25, but isnt getting nearly as much bang for his buck out of the movement, from a bodybuilding perspective that is

Ya some ppl jus don’t understand form comes first then weight…ppl be like I can curl 40lb dumb bells but don’t get as good of a work out come paired to someone using 15lb dumb bells, doesn’t matter how big you are jus worry bout form,at the end of arm work out I’ll rep 10lb dumb bells an while it’s light yes,the amount of reps I do with form it fuckin burns

20:20 @Larry Wheels that’s because your brain is more accustomed to doing compound movements and your other muscles are kicking in. On benches you get assistance from shoulders and chest. But skull crusher forces you to isolate the long head or triceps and when you try to avoid using your delts, your hip extensors come in to assist. Best thing you can do is decrease the weight and try to not swing(isolate) and lifting the feet away from the floor prevents your hips from activating. Try to place your feet on the bench or if that doesn’t help, try to keep them on the air. Regards
