Thank you for sharing. Beautiful table ware makes it all more appetizing. I avoided watching Downton Abbey (I don't know why) But teatime is a treat for me that I always have enjoyed. If I'm out for it, I expect to have beauty incorporated with the experience. Bellagio has beauty, but it seems too public.

This was afternoon tea. High tea includes a hot dish and is heartier. Scones are not significant in high tea. Scones are usually served in afternoon tea and also for cream tea.

Thanks for posting. With the popularity of Downton Abbey and Bridgerton shows, a lot more people are interested in British Tea time. It was interesting to learn about the difference between High Tea and Afternoon Tea. There are lots of posting on the history and proper etiquettes for the tea time on KZfaq channels.

@@JT-wn8uc I'm an American and I only watched Downton Abbey and Bridgerton because I wanted "company" while I was having tea by myself. Been having teas since I was 8. I'm 41 now. Its the opposite for me
