We took one for the team and tried the buffet at Circus Circus Las Vegas. Take pity on us as we try the worst rated buffet in Las Vegas for you. Located next to Resorts World and across from Fountainbleu, you'd never know you were next two two luxury hotels by eating here!

They need to chop the cost in half and use it as a lead in like back in the day. So many resorts are chasing whales. That is not Circus Circus's cliental. Their regular person cliental want a bargain.

BINGO!! Know your customer - and they are NOT all whales. Virtually every strip casino used to understand what their niche was, but few seem to nowadays. About the only one left that actually embraces the "mid-roller" blue collar type of gambler is South Point, and they do it to perfection.

I'm not picky so this breakfast would have probably sufficed. The price is way too high, though. I remember when the cost of the food was a big draw to these casinos. They are probably not making the money they used to make with the gambling is my guess.

Fontainebleau, Resorts World and McDonalds are within walking distance of Circus Circus. The fact that the buffet is empty proves that $25 is too high as people can go elsewhere to eat. When I stayed in Resorts World for a couple days in February, I had an excellent breakfast at Sun’s Out Buns Out.

Finally! Melissa, you’ve done a review where I actually don’t feel bad that Enrique gets stuck eating cold grizzly left overs after sweating the hard stuff filming you enjoying a Vegas feast! Clowntown’s “buffet” seems such a disaster, Enrique’s probably been saved a bout of food poisoning by not eating at all. Hope filming this review wasn’t what sent you home a day early from tour trip! Thanks for sharing and hope the next review is more satisfying and less dangerous! lol

First off, that was the best video title ever!! Second, you said exactly what I was thinking - looks like free hotel breakfast bar. Gotta say, the bacon did look good. Lastly, it is selfish of me, but I want you to go back for dinner so I can see your descriptions and facial expressions, Mellisa. No one reviews bad food better than you! But in reality, I wouldn’t want to put you through that experience just for my own amusement, that would just be mean 😂

Thanks for the review Melissa and Enrique. Even though I stayed at Circus Circus in 2013, I never went to their buffet. It didn’t feel right for me to go. I’m sure that Whitecastle would be better 😂😂

I'm not surprised that the Buffet was terrible. Back in the 90's the breakfast Buffet was $1.99 & pretty decent along with the rooms & the casino. Sad to say it has really gone downhill. I hear Slots of Fun is trying to bring back the glory days. Thanks for the video & keep up the great work. 👍

I survived the CC dinner buffet in ‘92. Our best bet for value is MyVegas two for one at the Excalibur for $34.99 weekdays. Our choice for the lower tier buffets. As mentioned, many of the others are closed. Last week they had a carving station with a tasty spiced pastrami.

It is gone! Many buffets never came back after the pandemic. A lot of hotels found other uses for the space.

Many of the casinos have closed their buffets. Planet Hollywood, Paris, Mandalay Bay, Harrah’s, Mirage, Treasure Island, Aria, Flamingo Hilton have permanently closed their buffets. Station Casinos also closed their buffets and said they are never coming back.

I love circus circus … took my daughter there for two of her bdays she rather go there than Disneyland or Universal.. adventure dome n water park so fun fun for the kids. The arcade and circus performances are legendary.

I stayed at Circus Circus from June 7th to the 10th and never ate there. I ate at all 3 Denny's restaurants on the strip, the Hard Rock Cafe and a pizzeria at a food court at New York New York casino. Great video Melissa👍

The staff is very friendly and helpful because, God bless them, they're happy to see people 😂. I worked retail ages ago and I was the same way...people got near concierge service on slow or rainy days. This here is sad. And $24.95 for it all? At least put out some Jello. Thanks for taking one for the team... (PS: Only open on weekends. What's the point? Why?)

Your review is in line with Jacob's. He stated that the food was "okay" as well, but the employees were very friendly. I've never had any of the hotels free breakfast items, but I can imagine it's meh. Thanks for stepping up for. your viewers and doing this review.

I went to circus circus twice in my life. Funny it was with two different wives (after the first divorce). The second future wife laughed when I said it will be an experience. When we left, she why did you do that to me and still laughing. She was a keeper wife.

In closing I would just like to add that it is a true shame that the owners do not watch these review videos more closely and take heed as to what customers have to say. They could definitely learn a thing or two about their business practices. It would really be nice to see them turn this ship around before it's too late and their business sinks like The Titanic.

At least the host forewarned you and offered you to take a gander of their fare. I tried it 40 years ago and once was enough. Nothings changed 'cept the price. Complete trash then and apparently now as well. Back in the day breakfast buffet at Circus Circus was $2.99 but your stomach could only handle 99 cents worth.

I stayed at Circus Circus ~ 2014 and included a free breakfast buffet, with the same experience, not much of anything. If it wasn't free, I would have skipped it and went to Tacos Mexico up the way for a breakfast burrito. Definitely wouldn't pay 24.95 that is for sure. Vegas is a rip-off nowdays, there is no incentive to go there anymore, imo.

That might be the blandest place I have ever seen! That price point is ridiculous! I stayed next door at RW and drove a mile over to Palace Station a few times for breakfast in their cafe. It was great food at about half the price.Thanks for another great review, though!

We were sitting here, being angry for you Melissa. Lol. I don't care how cheap or "frugal" you are, considering that McDonald's is right next door. No one should eat that. The blue cheese and ranch serving spoons in the syrup 😂😂😂🤮🚽. Dinner is when they serve the "yella" I'd assume? Buffets are going the way of the dodo....and honestly, that's ok. Lol. We also think the guest service folks were just happy to see you...or anyone.

Have to say for that price. You arent going to find breakfast on the strip any cheaper. Your basical egg and meat breakfast is $20 everywhere else throw in a drink and its $25. Have you all ate at the breakfast buffet at Chin Chin?

😢I have stayed at Circus Circus many times going back to 1973. Every time I have tried the buffet it's been hit or miss. In 1973 the price was like $2.99. Hit or miss for $2.99 ain't that bad. But for $24.95 go to Main Street Station downtown or go to the Southpoint on the south strip a few miles south of Mandalay Bay. If the Circus Circus was still $14.95 I would say EAT There. But its NOT😢😢

It was pretty awful! I know they’re doing some work at the property, but it needs so much to bring it up to standards of today. We love that buffet at Southpoint but need to try Main Street still

Personally it would have done me,bowl of oatmeal,eggs&bacon&some jam on toast all washed down with a hot cuppa java! Wouldn't have wanted to eat much more anywayz.

They have been putting money into it, but it’s not enough. They redid the roof on adventure dome and put in new elevators, but the place looked very tired. I can’t imagine the rooms.

Circus Circus has had the worst buffet in Vegas for decades. $25 for that slop is terrible. It was a bad deal at $5 years ago.

There is obviously a reason why this place is so empty to begin with. Almost $25 for breakfast? No thanks! There are too many other better options with better quality food. The bacon did look really good. That's about the only positive thing I could say about this "boo"fet. 👻 I suppose if you put enough cinnamon and brown sugar on the other food items they "might" be able to pass the taste test. I have said it before and I will say it again. The only thing that Clown Town 🤡has going for it still is their great steak house.

I must come to circus circus defense, it $25 what do you expect to be getting a Wynn buffet? The Clientele at Circus Circus are budget, they are not expecting a Wynn Buffet. I think with the average price anywhere on the strip will cost you that, Starbucks cost me $20 for a white mocha and a basic breakfast sandwich in Vegas.
