Hey Chakits! Great house. Dazed and confused at 13:02. Okay, so of the models you've shown in last few days... this is the best one. Might have said that earlier in the week, but this one is pretty amazing. I don't think there isn't anything I don't like about this one. That kitchen is fantastic and the back yard is great too. If I were ordering this home, I don't think there isn't one thing I would change (except for minor cosmetics - such as the crown molding inside the tres ceilings and coffered ceilings). I think you're right about the floor outlets in the great room floor. In fact I might think about getting more (one or two might not be enough). Great showing Chakits!!

Another beautiful home... I absolutely love it. The only thing is I would have to have the shower heads adjusted to my height, and the height of my boys which are over 6 feet tall. My counter tops would have to be adjusted as well.

Love the Robot art at 12:20 lol The guest suite closet was a missed opportunity to take advantage with the height of that space. I'm not a fan of the powder room layout, easily seeing the toilet from your office... I feel like I have a strong love/hate for this particular house. Love the tile choices, kitchen layout, cabinet colours, guest suite. Hate the lighting plan, lighting fixtures, the crown, coffered ceilings, two front doors... Lol

This house is PERFECT!! I would definitely live there just the way it is. I would probably utilize that rock area on the side of the house for extra chill space or a pet area with turf grass. Thank you for your tours and improvements. Keep em' coming! Oh, im amazed at the low price for this house. A home like this in Chicago would cost $2.5 Million easily!

Problem with richmond is that their models are overloaded with upgrades. The ones i visited is only less than 2000 sqft and the base costs around 330k. The agent straight forwardly told me that the model i’m seeing has upgrades around a total of 130k. They dont want to waste people’s time and will tell you that early on. Ended up getting american west home which i believe has better value per sq ft. This one on the video would cost you atleast 200k on upgrades easily. And they have higher costs on lot premium too. But the house looks stunning though.

A constructive critique: you need to learn to edit and use a linear wide angle, maybe also an inexpensive drone to show the full property. 24 minutes to show a house is too long. 10 to 15 minutes is more than enough. For a detailed show. Also plan the way you are going to walk, walked first see what you can open and what not and then follow it. Keep the videos coming, the personal narrative and the commentary is great. I am just suggesting moving it to the next level.
