Great job! Love these long videos. Pointers for the doors. The trash compactor has a foot switch that sticks out that you press to open. The balcony doors. Lift up then down.

Thank you so much Chakits, for the properties you feature on your videos, they are always so beautiful in very different ways. I live in London so if you have been here you'll will know how small a lot of the properties are and how very expensive for what you get, a two bedroom flat with one bath small kitchen and living space is worth £525000.00 where i live. I love the Toll Brothers some of there workmanship and design are second to none in my opinion. Stay Blessed💙💕🙏🙏

This is the best house yet just wow. I think this little dots on the wall you were pulling on are temperature probes for the HVAC system. They are used to try and equalize the temperature throughout the house when you set the thermostat.

I was going to say that as well, those are temperature sensors, our church has those as well. They are used to keep different zones of the house at a comfortable temperature. They also have those on the ceiling to detect fire and smoke.

People get me with these types of homes and have no interior decorative in them at all from what I've seen. Kitchen is small for that size of home. The home is built well you can tell and the master upstairs is nice.

I, too, love the modern. But, you can learn a lot from this style of house, as well. It has a different vibe. The color wheel does not change depending on the style, so you can learn a lot about design from a home like this. The stone work is not heavy, here. as opposed to some of the Tuscan designs. The contrast between the stone, is well, can I say it, like wow. This place is quality. Love that wine cellar. the theater, the whole kit and kaboodle. Need to attend one of my Door classes, now on sale :-) You will learn many of the tunes that made The Doors famous.

You know your buying the best when purchasing from a builders personal residents. This home from 2006 is absolutely amazing. It has more features than any other home I've seen. I would say with a few upgrades to the lighting and garage floors you could actually bring it up to date. But for 3 Millionish it seems like it's worth the money.💯🌟👍. Absolutely stunning home, I'd like to get stuck there for quarantine, could swim, watch movies, play on the putting green, enjoy the solarium and maybe play hide n seek. Pity the HOA is 1k a month. I noticed some solar, maybe that's for the pool. The pool was the only thing I was a big disappointed in, it didn't seem very big and the tree hanging over the water would mean more work for the pool boy. I'd love to know how much this sells for in the end. This house needs a family to live in it, like 4 kids at least. Thanks for the long tour! I hope you sell this one because the commission would be great. 🐰🐰🐰 Happy Easter everyone!

Terri Troutner I would brighten up the house by changing the floor into a white marble with black mixture... the walls painted white with dark charcoal accent walls throughout he home... this way I can add any color furniture (reds,blues, oranges, greens and painting to the walls... I would change the cabinets in the kitchen/bathrooms throughout the home some black cabinets/ some possibly blue cabinets with colored subway tile...I would add led lighting throughout the bath rooms and hallways...things like that....either way it’s still a beautiful home

Beautiful house. And one that could be lived in and enjoyed. Love the tub at the doors where you can open them up and be taking a bath almost outside. Love the courtyards. Love the pocket doors. I was yelling at you when you was the kitchen trying to open that appliance door. There was a lever beside the door. I was yelling push that lever lol. Love the outside too.

The landscaping is very well planned, just narrow bushes close to the home, just gorgeous. For a older home...its move in ready….not much to be done, or changed. If I could afford it, I'd move in. Great attention to detail, honestly. This fella must have been in the business for years. Loved that orange light fixture in the ceiling. Loved the kitchen. I just love this home. I love so many things about this house. especially when the filming first started around the outside of the house and then a little garden areas and the way the plants are implemented to like your indoor and outdoor at the same time. But once we entered the house I found it very drab. The colors the dullness of it. It was almost depressing. So although you know you go in and decorate it yourself and certainly change the coloring it would be an absolutely breathtaking almost a castle.

I was just saying the other day....that I like the old "wind" openers for windows. Like the old days. I think they are more secure as well. Lovely touch. I hope they open all the way..not just partially. You sure cannot jimmy them open..extra safety feature.. The glass would have to be broken to enter thru them...not by wrenching them open. It gives another layer of security. I like it.

Whomever built/designed this home had vision and creativity. This is the first home that I have seen that has a real true wine cellar. Wine cellars should be in a cool area away from sun light. In those modern homes all the wine cellars are on the main floor of the home with clear glass, and that sours the wine. Beautiful, just beautiful. Love, love this home. Designer carpet, just gorgeous. I could deal with the carpet on the steps, but it could be changed. Love this home. I think its worth every penny. Love the doors, just love this home. I could have herbs all year round with this house and not even go outside. Thanks for showing this work of art...its beautiful. TY

Wow! $3,218.00 per month escrow, thats more then some people pay for their mortgage. Thats not including your principal and interest payment for the house. Forget about utilities with over 10 AC units 6 water heaters, Refrigerantion unit and pool in Las Vegas . Easy 20k per month just to maintain. Wow What a house. Loved the court yards. Thought pool was small for that large of a home. Lot of expensive features. All the hallway was a bad use of space. I notice a lot of Las Vegas houses have all the hallways. Seems to be common there. Closet's seemed small but over all a well built beàutiful home. Expensive but you are getting a lot.♥️

31:26 I believe that is a glass rack or for tools. I think two inserts hook onto the rails and slid back and forth for glasses or other needed things you need quick access for bar service.

This was my COVID-19 vacation for the day. Probably the best house you have posted. But if I was going to buy it I would offer 2.5. I think it’s silly to not include the washer and dryer the new owner is doing you a favor. It’s a shame that it wasn’t a single story and the basement. I have no idea what I would do with the upstairs other than heat and cool it year around. The only thing I would remove in the whole house is the downstairs master bathtub. Jacuzzi sounds good but by experience I would never use it. I have a $50,000 oversized Carrera marble tub that’s waiting for the perfect home. I don’t know if any of my cars would be able to make it into the sloped driveway. But that garage is exactly what I want. The 12 foot entry garage is perfect and tall enough to fit our van into! I was thinking I would have to theme one of the masters into a professional gym. I think the one with the view would be the best for that. Thanks for the awesome video my man.

Truly a gorgeous home, I would put screens in all of the windows and patio doors because I would have them open during the pleasant weather, I don't like insects like mosquitoes. I could actually live in that last master bedroom area.

It was cute that you couldn't open the window because it was locked. You and doors lol and I'm always worried that you're going to fall in a darn pool! Lol
