Of all the cooking shows on KZfaq, Italia Squisita is number one in my book. These are truly first class restaurants, whose chefs have won their culinary spurs with the dishes they demonstrate. At the same time, they pitch this to the person cooking at home; these recipes are do-able by duffers like me. So entertainment and master-class instruction. This lasagna is a great example. I shall be trying to make it (well, something like it...) during the week upcoming. Kudos!

Emilia-Romagna: laddove anche grazie alla cucina si respira aria di pura tradizione,storia e passione verso il "sentirsi italiani". Ciò che colpisce nella fattispecie è l'affetto e la cura verso la propria identità di cucina..la cura ed il rispetto verso le materie prime. Questo serve anche a capire come in cucina non c'è veramente NIENTE DA BUTTARE e di come anche con degli ingredienti di recupero si possono realizzare piatti da Stella Michelin. 🇮🇹❤🥰
