Ingredients:

• 1 medium onion, chopped or grated
• 3 crushed garlic cloves
• 600gr of minced meat
• tomato or passata pulp
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste
• bay leaf
• Water
• 8-10 sheets of lasgna
• mozarella cheese to taste and parsley for garnishing (optional)
