Laser engraving a white 10x10cm ceramic tile, with a 20w fiber laser marking machine, the tile has been coated with Titanium Dioxide powder to achieve a nice black finished mark of the image on the tile.

@@patriciodesouzasilva317 Hi, I think I made the image using Bing AI, but I'm not 100% sure about that, as I make so many AI images, but I always use Photoshop to adjust my images, then hit the burn button ;)

Hi & thanks, not real time and also has frame skip, the time taken is mentioned in the video it was 17 minutes & 12 seconds at Dpi=604, thanks for the comment ;)

HI & thanks ;) I used thinners, using water takes a lot long to dry off ;) but water does give a darker black, kinda strange I know.

@@lightworkz61 unfortunately no, I don't have ceramic tiles in local stores, I bought them online just recently and I need to master the lightburn settings after ezcad

Hi, sorry for my late reply, so your moving from ezcad, don't worry Lightburn is smart software and very logical, it won't take you long to master it, from what I have seen about ezcad if looks very dated and not so smart ;) hey enjoy my friend.

Hey, does the Tio2 work for stainless steel? I’m trying to get deep black engravings

Hi & thanks, yes you can use tio2 on stainless steel, but if using a fiber laser the best way is to do a clean up pass then do the black pass, if using a diode use a black marker first and go slow and hot ;) to be honest tio2 doesn't really help that much to get a dark burn. @@lightworkz61 Right okay, yes so I’ve got a fiber laser, I’ve not used the clean->black pass, will give it a try. Is it necessary to clean the debris off after doing the clean pass? Might need to clamp the jewellery down

Hi from France ! I don't see very well your settings. You use 130 mm per second for speed ? And 0.04 for line interval. Right ? Thanks Good results

Hi & thank you, my friend from France ;) Speed=180 mm/sec, Power=18.9, Frequency=80, Line interval=.0420 = 604 DPI, Scan angle=45, Bi-directional, Image mode=Stucki & Pass=1 I hope this helps you, many thanks for the comment.

Hi, I never had any issues as you can see in my video, not sure why you are saying this to be honest, I bought my 20w fiber laser for $999 and is working perfectly well, you will also find the even on the BIG named laser companies they use the same parts as what's in my cheaper laser, so the end user is just paying for the brand name and nothing else, sorry but it's true.

lol Monport is garbage of a company with horrible customer service. They're VERY well known for that. Ask any serious fiber laser groups and they won't recommend Monport at all.
