Splash Mountain's Zippity-Do-Da Journey has finally come to an end at Walt Disney World in Florida! Here's our final POV of the classic Attraction before it is transformed into Princess Tiana's Bayou Adventure! This POV of Splash Mountain is very late, but we wanted to have a POV of the attraction as documentation before it reopens next year.
This POV of Splash Mountain at the Magic Kingdom park at Walt Disney World Florida was shot on the last day of the attraction's operation on January 23. 2023.

I bet we'll all come to love the retrofit in time, but so many great memories on Classic Splash Mountain. The Imagineering technology has come a looooong way, and Princess and the Frog is so enchanting. It'll be a great fit.

@@TheLostBoysGirls we don't know that yet. Tokyo waiting to see how tianas bayou adventure does. If its successful they can likely change theirs too.

I’ve been on the one in California multiple times. I always liked it when I lucked out and got to sit up front. If they feel like they absolutely must “re-theme”, I prefer they used “The Fox and the Hound”.

This was recorded on the last day of the Splash Mountain ride at WDW. I just didn’t have the time to grade it until recently

It’s not that they want to remove it, but from my understanding there’s rule regulation against the native so they need to change their theme to something else

Secondly, if you think that the corporate culture there REALLY WANTED TO hold on to this theming, you must have been asleep since the early 1980s. If you want to appeal to the news, just include a link.

@@alex91008 The description has since been fixed, but the description originally said this ride was located at the Walt Disney World resort in California, I was just jokingly pointing out that mistake. Simple error, but it was funny.
