- The Mad Autobomber has been around for a long time. Nerfed twice and then buffed with the addition of the Mad Ladle, in 1.0 it should still be a strong very easy to put together build!

To be fair i think using the term "autobomber" is slightly miss leading for these builds. You stop and cast just as much as a non "autobomber" build. The whole idea behind being an "autobomber" is that you can just run while stuff dies from your automated skills.

Cool i'm still undecided between some builds to start fresh 1.0 ( the big one are wraith minion or a warlock one) but probably going autobomber seems pretty solid. I saw the lil nerf on mad ladle down to 6% but seems viable anyway, i'll make some test. thanks for the builds are well explained.

Was a fun build, there are just a few QoL changes I'd like to see to it. A bigger hitbox on the balls similarly to Runemaster, nobody likes small balls. Secondly removal of the animation lock for Orb and Anomaly, it makes no sense and stutter stepping as you're trying to get out of boss telegraphs will happily kill you. 😆 It's still a contender for launch but atm I'm leaning towards my druid just for the shear number of options available.

I got my VK warpath going and while it's fun to spin to win. I hate being squishy and want Shield tanky gameplay. Not sure if you have any videos on making a switch to this. Or on how to do a fast lvling build then switch out all your skills. I'm still new and learning the in's and out's thanks. Ideally I wish there was a full block do dmg on block kinda build but not seeing it.

Been trying to find where the crystal skulls drop from for an eternity now. Do you know if they drop from a specific timeline or if its just rng from any of them? Only ever been able to find 1 of them and that was from a Prophecy.

how bad is the nerf on mad ladle? did the MORE % dmg just went from 8 to 6 or are the stacks also limited to 8 now? wasnt it unlimited? also does some1 know if u can get the mad alchemists ladle from prophecies? or strictly from exile mages?

Just my 2cents, for devouring orb it's not worth taking Cosmic impact and Extinction, your DO is just there to spawn Abyssal Orbs not to do dmg. It felt a lot better just to max out chaotic torrent. Also instead of staff or offhand catalyst use nodes with Paladin Honour and Heavenfire coupled with Defiance of the forgotten knight shield it makes for a great defensive option and dmg doesn't suffer, add some nodes with block chance and block effectiveness and you're golden. Alternative to that is Bulwark of the last abyss from Horton to farm. Next i chose to go for sigils of hope instead of rebuke, it's a nice dmg boost for speedrunning with 6% chance to spawn on kill and you can cast it manually for bosses for extra 100%dmg, of course you need Exigency for instant cast and quality of life. Not sure if it was mentioned or not but you need cast.speed otherwise build feels very clunky, cooldown recovery speed is nice but it works both ways, you get more dmg from Abyssal Orbs but clunkieness goes up as you cast devouring orbs more often, need a golden spot of your choosing.

I had this same issue, but finally figured out that if you click on the drop-down above "equipment" where is says "BIS Gear," you can select "Boardman21AutoBomber" and it will show the equipment from this video.

The link to the planner seems to be an editable version or at least a different layout to the other guides. Did you provide a creator link instead of a user link? Lots of missing features from the normal layout.

Im not sure what you mean? it links to the autobomer gear for Best in slot and then also has planners for starting and what not to help you get there.

@@Boardman21 Ok. No worries. For me it seemed bugged. May be something in my cache or something. Looks completely different from the layout of other builds on Maxroll. I basically had to use Programmer mode and fetch the images of gear individually and piece the build together on another planner. Was worth the effort though because the build looks very interesting.

I've only put about 60 hours in the game so far, but I'm wondering why the loot filter is emphasizing things with "throwing attacks". A quick run down of the loot filter would definitely help. Or maybe I just don't understand it, and should look through the whole thing.

You can. After about 300 corruption i switched for rebuke to be able to tank hits. at 500 corruption now and i use rebuke... ALOT. lol

more and more people talk about major balancing changes in skills and passives. I think that would be overkill considering the bunch of content that is already planned for 21.2. I also played the autobomber leveling guide 2 days before, it worked great, I only had a problem with the lootfilter, it did not work right. when I first played an echo around L 40 it suddenly worked for the first time, and afterwards it also worked in the campagne. Suddenly I had items and the build got even stronger.

Absolutely love these autobomber builds but sadly in 1.0 in empowered monos the stuttering while casting will just get you 1 shot on bosses and some mob mechanics. Sad state, if anomoly and dev orb were instant cast/didnt stop movement this would be great.

Macro and 3rd party is ToS. Key bind on numlock is done ingame with their own settings. Its not ToS

you will still do good damage with it. 48% More capped now instead of getting 64-104%. It still works well though.

Unless something has changed, I found this build infuriating to play. I would click on some loot, the num pad auto cast would stop me so I'd click again, and again. I had to click 4 to 5 times to actually get some items in my inventory, which imo defeats the point of an auto bomber.

Have to hold down a button (only a bit more than a warpath build) Can't smite enemies hiding behind other enemies (usually fixed by repositioning or killing the enemies that were in the way) Other than those two things no problems, I played autobomber to level 100 with controller.

@@octojunkapa2607 Yeah. I was holding down Devouring Orb, pressing Anomaly every 12 seconds, and using the other 3 skills when appropriate. Maybe holding down both Dev Orb and Anomaly is a bit less mental overhead though.

Because its an autocast skill setup with devouring orb that auto cast abyssal orb. The name was made years ago and it stuck. Dont get to hung up on the name, its a fun build to play! :)

for me first one dropped in 100 mages (and it was on leveling from mage that I wanted to skip because for some reason in campaing they much harder than in monolith)

There is nothing AUTO about this bomber. You are casting the bombs why you keep calling it auto ? Not only its not automatic you actually need to spam the skill making your movement clunky and annoying.
