Instead of having it eliminate players, you could instead have a point system where finishing each round in 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc earns X points and then you just tally it up at the end to see who overall performed the best. I think that might be more fun because then everyone gets to keep playing. But this was great!

This was so much fun watching on people's streams, but this video was also edited incredibly well. One modification idea to make the format a little better IMO - have all 9 players participate over (x) amount of rounds. Each round you get inverse amount of points for whatever place you come in (9 points for finding Simply first, 8 points for second, etc). Then after the preset amount of rounds with the point totals calculated, the top two qualify for a showdown match for the prize. This way, everyone gets to participate and compete for most of the contest + the two best get to have a showdown for the dramatic ending. Either way, really hope you run this back sometime! One of the best Mario content pieces I've seen in quite a while.👍
