Cecily is bringing so many emotions, she’s taking me back to when I was a kid watching you guys and now I’m in my late twenties

I remember after Logan left, he sent a letter home and grandma and grandpa read it on Christmas, and Shay said something along the lines of “can you imagine how magical it must be around the holidays, I bet they’re giving each other little gifts”. I’m glad Gavin is leaving in November. That means he gets to get to know and build this new friendship and family of his during some of the most magical, thankful, gracious times.

I’m grateful for the gift you’ve given us of watching Gavin grow through all his stages of life. Thank you! Can’t wait to see all that Gavin learns from this journey of his life.

I’ve been watching you guys since I was 13, I’m now 25. I remember coming home from school every single day and patiently waiting for the vlog to come out. It’s crazy to me how fast time has gone, I feel like I’ve grown up with your kids! I hope Gavin has the absolute best 2 years on his mission. I remember when Logan went on his. That's so great that Laurie has a tree full of apples nearby that you guys can enjoy. We have avocado trees and tomato plants and my mom is always making fresh guacamole and salsa with them. And good job to Brock for picking all those apples and hauling them all back to the house!

I can't remember when I started watching the vlogs, it was some time before Brock was born. I recently came across another one of your videos and had a rush of memories come back. Coming home from school and watching the vlog every day was always so much fun. I'm in awe of how grown Gavin and Emmi are. It feels like yesterday Emmi was going to her first day of school and Gavin was showing her the ropes. Congratulations on such a wonderful family. You all have grown through the good times and the bad.

And now I’m just bawling especially with the throwback thanksgiving and everyone so little. Everyone’s grown up so much! They were the most precious sweet little Children and have turned into amazing young adults. Crying crying crying!!! My son has grown up along side them he’s 19. Ahhh time marches on for sure be as present as you can today because it’s going and fast.

Last year having a severe panic disorder and now dealing with depression is mentally draining and your vlogs give me a litte more hope and with prayer I will get through this I just want to thank you guys for what you do it makes a huge impact for a lot of us. God bless you and your family.

I haven't watched the Shaytards in almost a decade but now 23 years old and with my partner and I being on a journey to try to have a baby of our own I thought about the family vloggers I grew up watching and searched them up to see if they still did KZfaq and where they are now and the shock and nostalgia, seeing the kids grown when I remember watching two be born and then now all grown up...and seeing Cecily!!!! I loved her when she was in the vlogs as a kid and now seeing her again now I almost cried 🥺 I'm so happy to see y'all again. It's been a rough couple years, losing my great grandfather a couple years ago and my great grandmother this year, seeing your videos and the family and Cecily threw me back into my childhood; staying with them on the weekends and watching your vlogs, occasionally I'd show the vlogs to them, brought back happy memories when I've been missing them so, thank you for that ❤️

Gavin is the best big brother ever! I will miss his joyful laughter and the way he made everyone feel happy!! I hope his mission is wonderful for him as he deserves wonderful things in life!
