If you were told you were only to be able to travel to your favorite vacation spot on last time, what would you do? I live in Las Vegas, which is such an amazing place to live, but i do love New York City and every thing it has to offer. But once we weren't able to travel for a bit, we all saw things a bit differently and we ended regret the things we didn't get to do last time. So now that the world is open again, we all want to be able to visit our favorite city and do it right this time.

Norma, you will be there again. *Trust!* If you love that sauce for dipping that burger, then the next time you go to a Vegas Steak House, ask the waiter for Au Poivre sauce. They serve it in most steak houses. or, you could make it at home with heavy cream, butter, sherry, and mixed or green peppercorns! I have to say, you trucked all over that town like a true New Yorker!

I put my foot in the Vegas fountain when I was there in late-July. Wasn't wearing Vessis, so my foot got wet. On the way home after the James Taylor concert.

Hi Norma. You are incredible! You are or were in my 'backyard' and have shown me some things of what we have here. You are a world traveler. When we are limited in time, we do more than when we live there. I guess the thinking is, Oh I can go there anytime, and we don't. I look for the 'hidden gems' that the city has. Sometimes I become a 'tourist' in my own city. Maybe next time you are in the Big Apple, I'll be able to say 'Hello'. Happy Travels.

Good luck in NYC. I still have family in Flushing. My Father grew up in Manhattan Chinatown. That was along time ago. Do be careful though. The city is kind of going through some interesting times since covid and some other local issues. It was a lot safer just a few years ago.

Love the views from the Summit at One Vanderbilt. You could take a nice walk from the Little Islands, the Highline, Chelsea Market, Hudson Yards, Little Spain, the Vessel, the Edge and the Shed.

Move to Vegas last year from Jersey. Missed taking NJT to the city. Next time you go back East. Go down to the Jersey Shore. Seaside Heights, Pt Pleasant, Wildwood or AC (Atlantic City)

I visited NYC for the 1st time May 2021! FABulous city & an epic time!! My plan was to check it off my "bucket list" & move on. But I ran out of time! SO, I have plans to return for 1 last visit in 2023. Brooklyn, a hike thru Central Park & Top of the Rock on Rockefeller Plaza are 3 of the sites on my follow up list.

I moved out of New York 17 years ago. Born, raised, and worked there. The only thing I miss about it is the food. I don't miss the hussle or the crowds or expense.

I totally get the places you tend to go every time you visit a certain place. For NYC, I always go to Central Park and Zabars. It has been a while since we have been, but last time it was over the 4th, which was quite cool.

A really, really great video. I love watching you film in my city and I know every street that you're on without you even mentioning where you are (that is a very pretty corner that you posed at). Great spots that you picked out and what you said about NYC is how I felt after finally being able to return to Vegas after a year of not being able to visit (2020). You really do have a problem with balloons! LOL! I know you wanted to be in a certain location but next time, you could have picked a better hotel to stay at for an equally low price. But it sounds like you know your way around. Hope you had a good time and come back again soon.

I enjoy NY but it's definitely not my favorite city. It's nice and there is so much to see and do but my favorite city in the world is Florence Italy. As for the US, there are great things to do in a lot of cities but I don't know if I have a favorite. Maybe SD because I lived there for many years.
