You weren’t kidding when you said you had crappy job ahead of you to go get your 80. Glad you kept er shiny side up! When you do finally get tires and if you do go with the M608z’s you won’t be disappointed. I’ve barely had to kick it in 4wd in my truck running around on unplowed roads with over a foot of snow. I would have been stuck in 4wd in most places with the stock tires. Stay safe

I love your channel and content.I am a fleet mechanic for a highway dept. I’m not trying to bust your chops but I have to tell you that both your issues were really your own fault. Belts don’t just fail , and that brake hose has been rubbing for a long time. If they’d pulled you in at the scale house and did the equivalent of a level 4 here they’d caught that and put you out of service. You need to either check your equipment more often or hire someone to come go over your stuff on a regular basis.It cheaper than the time and productivity lost to a breakdown . I maintain a fleet of over 23 plow trucks and 14 pickups , 2 chippers 2 large wheel loaders, backhoes, maintenance is key . I hear you on is it all worth it sometimes….I say the same thing all the time, lol.
@workplaytv2 жыл бұрын
All good buddy and I agree if I had more spare time I’d walk around and check that stuff.
@shanegiggie2 жыл бұрын
I thought about that to, if you would have slid into either one of those cars and they did a check on your truck and trailer and found you where only running on 3 drums they would have put you out of commission.

You either have a dud thermostat, loose belt, head gasket on the way out or a dodgy gauge. I'v never heard of a bad battery or alternator causing overheating. The 1st thing one checks is the belt. Really tough driving conditions there, really tough. Keep safe.
