I’m from Moorhead, Mn Fargo’s neighbor city. I have seen the wood chipper, it is one of the ones used in the movie. Thank you for talking about the problems with the Bakken oil fields. Sadly you are only scratching the surface of the problems. Natural gas and Methane are burned off pollinating the air and fracking oil spills and in one case raw sewage from a camp is doing the same to water. Around the camps violent crimes have gone up 70%. A derailment in Lac-Mégantic of a tankers of its oil destroyed its downtown and killed 47 people.

Although I've loved this series since it made its debut, this mass release of its back catalog made me realize one unfortunate thing - LWT does not binge well. There's a predictable pattern to it. Mention something horrifying, strive for a laugh by dumping snark on a celebrity, and conclude with an unearned sex reference that would only seem amusing to a teenager. And, to almost plead for relevance, throw in some real or fabricated charge of racism and a joke assuming that all old people are racists and irrelevant. Tired formula, sadly.
