3. How I try to avoid looking at my phone at work? I just try to focus on my work (to be honest my work is not fun or that interesting for me I just hope to do things smoothly and SLOWLY with awaress), I take my work as mindful awareness practice so my work has become like meditation, if I feel stress from doing it, I go outside pretending to go toilet but just sit at staircase and breath sometimes and come back.

सर जी मैं engineeeing 2nd year ka स्टूडेंट हु....पिछले कुछ दिन से मैंने एक चीज notice की है.....गुरुजी मै जब भी अपना mobile मे कुछ पढ़ता हु या youtube पर कुछ देखता हु तब बिना कारण ही मै brightness.., volume..कम- जादा,zoom in -zoom out, refresh करता हु..बिना किसी कारण के....और ये जानते हुए भी मै करता हु.. शायद मैंने habit develop कर ली है iski..ऐसा ही मै बाकी चीजो के साथ भी करता हु..जैसे बेड बार बार ठीक करना ..नही तो मेरा मन नही मानता..मुझे anxious feel होता हैं....गुरुजी मै बहुत परेशांन हु...मुझे बचा लो 🙏🙏🙏🙏
