Hi everyone, this afternoon we will walk the Frankfurt Innenstadt. We will walk from Konstablerwache through Zeil until Bahnhofsviertel.
Zeil is a famous shopping street in Frankfurt. Those interested in brand names and designer labels will find everything they’re looking for on the very popular “Zeil” shopping promenade. Be it clothing or footwear, jewellery or consumer electronics, here at the “Zeil”, shoppers are guaranteed to have all of their retail requirements fulfilled.
Konstablerwache is a central square in the centre of Frankfurt am Main and part of its pedestrian zone. It lies to the east of Hauptwache with both squares linked by the Zeil, the central shopping area of the city.
Konstablerwache Wochenmarkt is Frankfurt’s largest outdoor grocery market, where the farmers’ market held every Thursday and Saturday at Konstablerwache. Here, one finds fresh regional products to take home or enjoy on site. The market is also a popular meeting place for Frankfurt locals, who come here to enjoy a glass or two of apple wine or the latest regional vintages.
The Bahnhofsviertel, (literally: train station quarter) is a quarter of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It is part of the Ortsbezirk Innenstadt I. Kaiserstraße is the main street from the central station to the city center of Frankfurt.
The Bahnhofsviertel was developed between 1891 and 1915. Along with the Westend, the Nordend and the Ostend, it is part of Frankfurt's dense inner city districts. The Bahnhofsviertel is known as one of Frankfurt's main entertainment and red-light districts (the latter esp. around Taunusstrasse), along with Alt-Sachsenhausen south of the river Main.

Danke! It makes you feel like you are there. The building showing Banksy used to be Saturn upstairs, and Marks and Spencers downstairs. Are you trying the Frankfurter Oktoberfest? It seems rather expensive. Maybe you will see me wandering around in November 🙂

Vielen Dank! Ja, ich versuche regelmäßig zu gehen und filmen, auch um meinen Alltagsstress abzubauen. Manchmal mache ich auch Videos in anderer Orte in der nähe von Frankfurt. Thanks again for your kindest words, I really appreciate it! :)
