If only I could get 10% of what you’ve achieved with this lawn!! And if you were anywhere less distant (I’m in S.Somerset) I’d be ringing you up to come & sort out the mess that I’ve inherited in my new home! Bumpy & riddled with everything other than grass, I’m stumped as to where to start - especially since our rescue dog has decided (until I can convince her otherwise) that the lawn is the prefect lavatory! Think I might have to rip it up & start again! I’m amazed you achieve such fabulous results in the NW - I always thought it was too damp when I lived there (originally from nr. Altrincham)!!

I know this sounds odd, but it was interesting to see exactly how you get the Hayter off the van (as we know the Hayter is very heavy). I'd assumed you'd have a long scaffholding type plank, but that board looked tiny, yet the Hayter came off the van a treat (I have to carry my Liberty 43 to the lawn and it kills my back).

Spot on Dan, looks absolutely mint. Question: 6 weeks since my renovation over-seed, Jacks, etc and the HD granular, Stella and GG have kept it nice. Is it too early to add a light verticut?. Not sure how long to leave this but starting to see too much sideways growth. Cheers and keep up with the quality content!

Hi Dan, looking to overseed soon (my first time) and have purchased a Scott’s drop spreader. I’m using limgrain MM50 but am not sure what setting to have it at. What what you set it at if you were doing it (mostly established)? Thanks, and love the videos, Dean.

Just weigh it out and do multiple passes on a low setting and you will learn that wayn if it too slow just keep turning the notch up till it comes out at rate your happy with but you dont want it to quick you run out before you cover the whole lawn

Daniel lovely job, the lawn looks amazing, brilliant result! You mentioned spot spraying Roundup onto the lawn - is this safe to do, and it won't kill the grass? I have never used it as I just assumed (perhaps wrongly) that it would kill the grass as well as the intended weeds.? Many thanks.

Hi Dan. I see you speak often about worm casts. Are they just 'unsightly' as I presume they are not detrimental to the lawn. I`m starting to see some now but my lawn is only 6 months old so am glad the worms are there.

Hi Danny, I have been watching your KZfaq channel and I am enjoying what you are putting out. I am wanting to relay a front lawn to seed and have watched all the videos to gain as much knowledge as possible. I have a couple of questions. With the Rootzone what would be the minimum depth and am I right in thinking it should be a 70:30 mix? Am I best to leave the project until March/April or could it be done this Autumn? And could you confirm what products should be put onto the grass after it has germinated? Thanks for your time and keep those videos coming. Cheers

Romans 3:23 King James Version 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; You need to have godly sorrow for your personal sins that you have done, 2 Corinthians 7:10 King James Version 10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. You need to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and his finished work on the cross, Ephesians 2:8-9 King James Version 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. Also, John 3:16 King James Version 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Then you need to call upon the Lord and ask him to save you, Romans 10:9-10 King James Version 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. If you do not get saved you will die in your sins, Revelation 20:15 King James Version 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
