La persona que compuso y escribió esta canción presentó el demo en español. EXO ya ha cantado en Español antes, así como en otros idiomas y siempre lo hacen a la perfección. A D.O. le gustó mucho el sonido en español por lo que decidió que esta canción estaría en versión coreana y español, dentro de su álbum. 🥰 También tiene una canción completamente en inglés en el mismo álbum, justo porque el demo estaba en ese idioma y realmente le gustó el original. EXO es un grupo al que se le conoce como los reyes vocales del Kpop, y eso es porque usualmente en los grupos hay un vocalista que sobresale y no todos cantan, a veces algunos integrantes son solo raperos. Pero en EXO los 9 integrantes cantan muy bien, y tienen 3 vocalistas principales, que son considerados entre los mejores vocalistas dentro de todas las generaciones de Kpop: Chen (es un aclamado cantante de baladas, un clásico cantante de soundtrack de novelas exitosas, considerado el mejor vocalista de EXO), BaekHyun (es uno de los solistas más exitosos de Corea) y D.O. (Que tiene una de las voces más reconocibles, RnB al 100%, y además es considerado el mejor idol/actor de la industria).

EXO, his group once cover "Sabor Ami" when they were in Mexico, but not all of them, only 4 of the members incl. him, EXO is a versatile in group & individually, they can do any genre/languange, D.O. said he firstly listened this song originally in Spanish, n though he also sang it the Korean version in this album, he wanted to keep the Spanish version, too, he possibly just wanted to deliver it in original version, as singing in Spanish makes it just deep!

"It's Love", a track from his first solo album "Empathy", was originally in Spanish. I guess a Spanish composer or producer sold it to his entertainment agency. Or vice versa, the agency bought the song. But either way, D.O. heard the demo track in Spanish and he decided to sing and add it as bonus track instead. He has another bonus track which is the english version of his album's title track Rose. Same story. He heard the demo which was in english, and he decided to sing it too. In summary, D.O. just wanted to make international fans a little more involved in his first solo album. It was like a surprise gift. And as everyone had already mentioned, EXO (his group) already sang in Spanish before. And i guess, the group is just really gifted musically that they can sing in another language without actually speaking it. So it's not really a surprise for fans now that D.O's pronunciation is perfect. But we are still happy he is getting recognized by non-fans 💕

I am so happy to see this reaction. Seeing that this is the first time you've heard of him and yet you appreciated his vocals and talent, I am nothing but proud. Ths group EXO actually covered Sabor A Mi when they performed in Mexico and I think this was also one of the inspiration why D.O. added a Spanish song in his debut album. His voice is beautiful and it just makes you feel things when listening to him. 4 of the EXO members (D.O, Baekhyun, Suho and Chanyeol) covered the song Sabor A Mi, I hope you can react to it!!

“Si fueras mía” es un bonus track en su mini álbum de debut solista, llamado 공감 (Empathy) . Él mencionó que “Si fueras mía” era el demo de “It’s love” (que sería la versión coreana) y le gustó tanto el español que optó por incluirla en su álbum. De igual forma, su canción título “Rose” tiene versión coreana, escrita por él, y versión en inglés, que es otro bonus track. Espero que puedas escuchar su álbum completo. Yes, he has a wonderful and pretty unique voice. You’ve probably been told already but if you wanna see more, him and 3 other members of EXO did a cover of Luis Miguel’s Sabor a Mí in Mexico in 2014 and one of the members was playing the guitar.

This song wrote by Andreas Oberg, Danny Saucedo, Cindy Gomez, and Maria Marcus over a decade ago but they could find a right singer until now... SM bought it and have it translated into Korean (Korean version is IT'S LOVE in the same D.O. first mini album) but D.O. likes the original demo of this song & ROSE (English) very much [**He said it on the interview] so he sang it the way it was in the demo as a gift to his Spanish/international fans!

the demo for one of the other songs on his album was in spanish. he really liked the demo and wanted to sing it. so "si fueras mia" is actually the spanish version of his other song, "it's love" which is the korean version.

thank you so much for your reaction i enjoyed it :) actually it all started when they sang sabor a mi in mexico his pronounciation was perfect and fans really loved it..it even went viral...and i think he likes to sing in spanish so for his solo album the original song was in spanish and when he saw it he decided to sing it as a gift for international fans because he knows how fans love his spanish accent...oh btw he doesnt speak spanish but he sings it great right?! actually he is a genius in all languages' accents...he sang an english song too it named 'rose english version' and he nailed it...he speaks filipino and japanese with great accent too!in fact he try to do his best to not make a mistake he's a perfectionist and i love him for the efforts he makes!

Thank you for reacting to D.O. he is talented. His English and Spanish is just perfection, beautiful. EXO is a Korean Kpop group and they are known as The Vocal Kings. Do Kyungsoo is known as the R&B Prince in EXO for his ad-libs, riffs, and runs. Their music is mostly R&B/Soul but they can sing anything. You want vocals, they are the group to listen to. You're pronouncing it correct it's EX-O, 2 syllables. You can watch, EXO-K - Sabor a Mi [Music Bank HOT Stage / 2014.11.12]. It's only 4 members out of the now 9 members. Enjoy your EXO journey, their discography is quality music.

Whether you've heard of D.O., and Exo the group, or not, Exo is a very successful boy group worldwide... for 10 years now. They have toured the world and back, including South America and Mexico. They have a massive international fan base, including a very large Latin following, and this has been so for years now. Exo is an extremely popoular group and one of the most beloved Kpop (Korean pop) groups to date. And if you've ever heard of Bts, another Kpop group, a bit younger than Exo, yes, they are in that genre. But Exo came out a couple years before Bts and hit superstardom at a young age, when Bts were just starting out...They are a group of 9 members today, with vocalists and dancers..but each member can sing. They are primarily a singing group, and are primarily based in r&b, but do all genres...and D.O. is just one of the power vocals in the group.💙🌺

I loved your reaction, thanks for your sincere appreciation! In 2014, EXO covered “Sabor A Mi” in Mexico Musicbank. D.O.’s pronunciation especially was really loved by latino fans. He put Si Fueras Mía which is demo version of song “It’s Love” as a bonus track in his album, “Empathy”. Because he loved this Spanish demo version, he worked on it and give it as a treat for fans. He is an amazing artist!
