I was in high school when this concert happened. It's called Two For The Knight and is a valentine concert. me and my friends watched this live at the Araneta Coliseum and it was amazing hearing them sing live. The quality of music back then was relatively raw compared to how it evolved these days.

Regine is a pop balladeer. That song is written and made to be sang by both RnB singers (McKnight and Mariah) It's difficult for Regine to sound in a way on how the song would normally sound. But she made it work.

Honestly, even I'm a fan of Regine but I'm not sure if Brian did wrote a song for her, but I know he wrote 1 for Kyla because I watched it on TV.
