Farhan Akhtar, who's character Imran, is afraid of sky diving, is actually a certified skydiver in real life. 4. The director, Zoya and Farhan Akhtar (Imran) are siblings. 5. Zoya and Farhan's father Javed Akhtar has written all the poetry that we see coming from Imran. 6. When the movie was being shot, it wasnt the time for tomatina, so the aithorities gave them the access to the street where tomatina is celebrated for a five day shoot. The filmakers imported tonnes of tomatoes from Portugal to recreate the tomatina. And they went back during the actual tomatona festival and shot some scenes during the festival.

U dive better if u dont know swimming cuz there are certain things u learn as a diver that are opposite to basic swimming. I have seen basic swimmers struggle to adopt to diving compared to novice that have zero swimming or diving experience. Also depends on how good the dive trainer and dive instructor are.

Knowing how to swim is a MUST in scuba diving, and this is coming from a certified diver who has gone through all of the required NAUI training. You have to be a good swimmer to become a diver. It is a prerequisite and diver training programs actually do a "swim" test in the beginning of the program to remove participants who wouldn't be able to endure underwater conditions. Sometimes, the vest and equipment can unclip and come off underwater, so in those circumstances, it is essential to know how to swim so that you can maneuver properly and get the equipment back on *underwater*. This is a dramatized film that wanted to show something cool like scuba, which is why they decided to put it in this way.

As far as my experience goes - a non-swimmer can do a better diving (recreational ones) than a swimmer (non-pro ones). Because as a swimmer; your brain cannot adjust to the breathing techniques required for diving, where as for a non-swimmer it's a clean slate. I knew swimming; but it was very difficult for me to dive by telling my brain to not to breathe from nose and instead by mouthpiece. I used to choke myself more often than my diving partner who knew nothing of swimming. Also; due to fear of drowning our brain kick-start the life saving defense and tell the body to breathe from mouth as much as possible whenever possible. Therefore; yes a person who has fear of drowning, ironically, fares much better in diving than a swimmer. Of course - I am just comparing recreational diving vs recreational swimming.

You don’t need to know swimming if you want to dive - usually an instructor will be with you. I don’t know how to swim but I went diving and I had an instructor by my side at all times. Plus there’s a class (like they show her training) where they focus on your breathing and paddling as well.

Kuch Kuch Ho Ta Hai, this film was very explosive in 1998, starring SRK, Kajol and Rani, Srk Kajol's chemistry was very winning in this film 2. Faana, played by Amir Khan and Kajol, the fun fact is, Kajol has been absent from acting in films for several years and this is the first film since she became active again in 2006, because of this film Kajol refused to play in the film "Kabhi Alvida na Kehna" with SRK then replaced by Rani, even though the film was created for the return of the legendary couple SRK - Kajol, and Karan Johar as the producer was really looking forward to Kajol at that time, and a funny fact that Kajol revealed, Kajol said SRK never called her at that time where Kajol preferred to play together Amir compared to him 😂 but in this film we really forgot the chemistry between SRK Kajol, Amir Kajol is amazing in this film. you guys have made a video on chand sifarish's reaction, that's one of the soundtracks
