There is a Puerto Rican/Cuban restaurant in San Diego but it ends there. Cali is not Latino diverse like Florida for example. There is a lot of South Americans but not really Caribbean Latinos.

bayamonrican there are a handful of Cuban restaurants in LA...also I’ve been to a few Haitian and Jamaican restaurants it’s not surprising there are no PR restaurants LA. Mexico population 130 million and there’s about 37 million Mexicans in USA. PR population is only 3 million and only 3 million live in USA

I took 6 years worth of Spanish, but its finally coming together hearing you guys speak Spanish all the time. I love it! When I went to Puerto Rico it was hard for me because I dont look like my family, so people thought I was from Puerto Rico. Natives would straight pass up everyone in my family and start having conversation with me in Spanish or try to have me translate for my family. So much anxiety that trip, but I loved Puerto Rico so much.

Sierra Morales I'm in Baltimore and I would love everything. Many people are uneducated about the different cultures and places of Latinos/Latinas. I cant stand when people see someone that Hispanic and automatically think they are Mexicans. I nothing wrong with Mexicans. People cant think past that region.
