Great vid. Really impressed how you present your explanations in close-up details and articulated in a way that can be fully grasped. Best of luck and a safe upcoming season to you.

Great idea because I love my Method 2 saddle. It took me awhile to find that perfect set but once I did it is the most comfortable saddle I have ever been in. Now I just might have to play with it some more.

Play with the prusick loop first and just put a tender on it. Maybe it will work also? I took it off bf trying.

I don't have a latitude, but I have a custom large mesh saddle & it comes with a webbed bridge. Below it I put a double strand 8mm Oplux 2nd bridge on my saddle. It is similar to that one u have but to my left side of the saddle it just goes through the large loop & comes back to the right. Then I finish the configuration on that right side with an open Blake's hitch that's adjustable & adds redundancy to my system. It gives me the opportunity to have 2 tie in points above me in the 🌳 so I can fine tune my position exactly the way I want to by having 2 bridges. On a linesman or adjustable rope bridge I have girth hitched the left side & on the right I put cordage that is eye to eye so I could use a Michoacon hitch. It binds & breaks easier than other hitches I've used & works similar to your system. Take care & never stop trying to improve things. I wonder how many people really hate that English prusik single loops they have?😮

Great video. I love your channel. Thank you for all your great content. I have a Method 1 and when I switch the prusik knots on the Oplux bridge to Schwabisch hitches it stays quite loose and seems sketchy. It does bite down on the rope but when you release the tension on it it is almost to the point that the stopper knot of the bridge might come through the opening in the schwabisch hitch. Does this work better with an Amsteel bridge? I’m thinking about switching it to that. I’d prefer having only one side adjustable anyways. Thank you

Thx for the feedback!! My preference is the oplux over amsteel for the exact reason you mentioned. Maybe just make sure the stopper knots are secured? Amsteel works good but us just harder to adjust.

Thanks! great video. I plan on making this hack to my M2, how do I find the link for details? What MM Zing It? 2.2? How big is the loop? I'm assuming you spliced your own loop in it. Do you know where I can find a spliced loop Zing it? Or is there another option to splicing it that will work? I don't have the tools or the knowledge to splice.

You could do this with even a shoelace. This particular piece of zing it I used was about 4 inches as a continuous loop but you could have gone a little bit bigger as well.

I actually got this piece of zing it material whenever I got one of the original USA’s that use this as the tender.

Does this dump pouch work on Cruzr saddles? And does it hold a tether and lineman’s (8mm)
@platinumpursuitoutdoors
@platinumpursuitoutdoors 8 ай бұрын
Yes. It should work on any saddle that has Molly webbing and also it would hold both.
@conraywest

How did you make the zing it loop? Did you buy the loop or a roll of it and made the loop yourself?
@platinumpursuitoutdoors
@platinumpursuitoutdoors 7 ай бұрын
I actually had one from a USA I got from The Amsteel Guy. You could even just take a shoelace and tie in a knot, and it would work the same.

@@platinumpursuitoutdoors I will give it a shot! That amsteel bridge cinches so tight if you don’t get the length right out of the box it’s a pain to adjust after you use it for one sit. Thanks for the vid

Make sure your tender loop is short enough when you pull it it bites the schwabisch hitch before you run out. What are you having as far as problems?
