congrats fei!! personally i think you should def look into hiring models or even just getting you and your friends to model the clothing instead of using the stock photos. It would be so helpful to see the different sizes on different people/bodies. Taking the photos yourself can also help improve the look of your website as the background of the photos don’t match which makes it look off/a bit sketch ngl :/ however i hope everything goes well with your new business venture!!

Congratulations! Can I add a constructive comment, in my opinion, I think that a clothing store is considered size inclusive when an item is offered in both regular and plus sizes for the same item. When a shop has separate clothes for regular and plus size it is off putting to me

I agree but at the same time I understand she's new to this and she doesn't have investors in her business, everything she's doing is right out of her pocket... it's totally understandable her store isn't there yet, it's very new and it's expensive to launch something like this, definitely not expecting her to do that just yet

I’ve been thinking about it for some time and started doing research this year but I kept putting it aside and making excuses like I can’t because of med school, I have an exam blah blah blah… However, after watching fei and knowing that there will be ups and downs with getting started, there’s always room for improvement and time to do what you love and are passionate for❤

I just want to say, the speech you gave around 10mins in, was so spot on! I always appreciate watching your videos because 1) you're hilarious and 2) you're honest! Accepting yourself is never something people are done achieving, it's a process that is forever ongoing as is expected as we grow older and our bodies change. But I think women raising women up, is a healthy and empowering path for us to be on. Watching your videos, that's the vibe I get. we can laugh about things like Asian clothing sizes and the absolute failure of shape wear (among other things 😊) and I love that you're not fake about it. because that's reality for everyone. always trying to love ourselves! we all love you and your journey and we'll always support you!

AAAHHH IM SO PROUD OF YOU! This is a huge accomplishment fei and I can see your heart in this. I’m a bigger girl so it is sad to not to see myself as represented here in “Her”. But some comments are saying things like “so called business” and commenting as if you have done the worst horrible atrocities ever are masking their comments as critique when they are just being overly critical. Some of the critic is valid but the way they are written isn’t to inform you but to tear you down and that’s what’s truly nasty. Hey Fei, I've been a fan of you're since I was 14. I'm so happy for you for launching your brand. I really do adore this channel, it's like a safe place for me. I just wanted to ask, if these clothes were being resold, and if they were your original designs? I was really looking forward to your launch but I was lil disappointed tbh. Especially with the plus size portion of the website being separate? I'm not conventionally *considered* plus sized, but with the message of your body positivity, and having your size be the size and to not be ashamed of it, it's a bit confusing on why even on your website/brand it's separate. i mean 1) she's not making them, just reselling 2) she has a platform, she's not some struggling person putting their last savings into something that might not even work out. I have a business too, its Clinic Asthetika in Birmingham UK. I know that stress, I used to rent rooms, now getting my own shop and having the rent and bills and everything from there is way more stress! It's only me working and doing all the treatments so if I'm sick or busy it closes, so I don't have much time to myself now. But it's getting there. 💪🏼

Kinda hard to start your own clothing line from the get go... it's much more expensive and lengthy, you gotta keep in mind she's lost her momentum and she is probably not making as much money from social media as she used to

Yup true I’m a designer in a company . It involves entire 20 different roles if you make you own clothes. You cant easily custom order if you don’t have min 10k pieces per design. On top of that u will need pattern maker, designer, production factory for every different type of elements like knitwear , jersey , graphic printing, embroidery etc , buyer for fabric and materials use per design , merchandiser, and store part , u will need graphic designer, back end person, operator to manage inventory , shoot and upload and write all details, marketing person, finance and more ! Fashion business not as simple as people think they are tbh

I’m watching this bc I can’t wait to launch my own business I’ve been working on it, and don’t listen to ppl say you’re contradicting your businesses meaning. By showing the reality of emotions and not faking them or feeling the need to hide them makes more people comfortable to show their own I feel like. Normalizing emotions. Bc sadness and anger are normal emotions we all feel. I love this video❤️.
