Someone was sleeping in a car (with no license plate) in my parking lot. I called the police. They discovered the car was stolen and took the guy away. The car owner came and drove his car home. He was so grateful to have his car back.

Get rid of those cleaning people! Clothes left again...so weird. You better check the lint trays. DMV, stuck in the bathroom, people sleeping in their cars, clothes left, big tire, of course and no one can clean! Love it! 🙃

You may want to get a surveillance camera for your parking area and the side of the building. It could help catch a vandal in the future.

I wish there were a place for the homeless to go to, besides just shelters, so that the homeless don't wind up choosing businesses and occupied houses to go to. (Since they literally have no place to go to, at all). Instead, so many places are making homelessness illegal, and even what shelters that DO exist, they have so few beds, and for such a short time. Also, if the landlord said you get specific spots, the DMV can't override the landlord, even with them being a government entity. But the DMV is acting like they can. It's the landlord's property, and the landlord designated those spots for you. It's not like you just up and decided that on your own. So, the landlord could just as easily talk to the DMV about it, like how the DMV talked to you. Yes, it's for public use, but it's on private property, and the landlord decided that he would accommodate his tenants with certain parking for their businesses. So, I wonder how the landlord will proceed with talking to the DMV about it, besides simply leaving it between you and them.

Headache week at the laundromat! Just curious...when someone leaves their laundry how long do you have to keep it? Jerks parking in your designated spaces is such a pain. We had those "Just gonna be here a minute" issues back when we had a business, too. The "I know the law" idiot DMV person doesn't know enough to check with the landlord before confronting your customers. Car lady probably did prop the door open to have access to your bathroom after hours. But it all makes for interesting video to post!
