Uncle Tony is awesome. You can tell he loves to cook as much as you do! I have never once cooked clams. I only know how to cook fish and shrimp. I’m embarrassed to ask if you buy them fresh or frozen.

Very nice recipe folks , looks delicious, I still like my simple dish though & is less labor intensive dish, cherry stone or little neck clams, linguine , garlic & garlic infused olive oil, pinch of red pepper flakes, a little heavy cream

Love Saffron but cannot afford it You could put it on anything and would taste Fantistic but Low income People will never know the taste and most people so why put it in your videos just to taught us Not Good especially in these times
