We actually use a larger version of those small heating pads in the hospital for hypothermic newborns! We wrap them up in a blanket and set them on the heating pad or their parents hold them with the pad to help keep the babes temp up!

Do you work in the NICU? That’s usually where all hypothermic babies are sent at our hospital. We’re told those heating pads could be very dangerous for a newborn baby especially a underweight/low birth weight hypothermic baby. And until they can hold their body temperature they should either be in a incubator or doing skin to skin contact with a parent/guardian. And by the way I promise I’m not attacking I’m just curious how things differ from hospital to hospital

@@blendyourflaws4389 I know your comment was directed at the other poster, but I just thought I’d comment.. I’m an RN and we will use heating pads on newborns/premies, we’ve been taught that as long as there’s a barrier between the pad and baby’s skin, it’s safe.

LADIES WHO WEAR WIGS and LACEFRONTS I 10/10 recommend using her root spray technique if you over bleach your knots. - Or do any over plucking near the part. It’s helped me so much!

I have to tell you. You really helped me get over being embarrassed of my grays. I got my parents genes (my dad was totally gray before he was 18) so I’ve been dealing with grays in my hair since high school and you talking about being young with some gray has helped me not feel so insecure and like a lone weirdo. I’m 32 now but still thank you.

Take care of yourself! Work can be so rough and feel like it takes up the entire space in our life, but remember that the moment you leave your workplace, you leave all of it at the door. Don’t take those worries and troubles home with you! Sometimes I have to visually picture myself leaving that weight at the door or airing it out on my drive home. Hope you’re well ❤️

Laura, I have the same heating pad, except I purchased mine in the aqua color. This is the 3rd time purchasing this heating pad. The first two I bought one for me and one for my mom. We both suffer from back and neck injuries. This length hits both spots perfectly all at once. Yes, the heating pad heats quickly, stays on for 2 hours and is automatic shut off. I will be purchasing the smaller heating pods that you introduced in this video. Whenever I'm traveling my neck/back suffer due to being without the plug in heating pad. These are perfect for on the go and just the right size. Plus you can reuse!! YES!!! MAJOR FIND. I watched your video with Manny MUA on his 31st Birthday with 31 gifts. I loved the lighted beauty mirror and didn't know where your found it. Now that I know... that will be another purchase as well!! Thanks Laura for sharing your finds on Amazon that You absolutely can't live without. ❤

I got something that I got so excited over it’s a portable mirror that has the magnifying disc that you place on it but it also has a secret little thing, it’s a fan that goes around the mirror. I can’t tell you how warm I get sometimes while I’m doing my make up especially in the summertime and that fan is going to be everything.

Tip from a hairdresser: Olaplex OIL doesn’t work well on wet hair. Oil doesn’t mix with water. Use it on DRY hair only! Use no.6 or no.9 if you want something for wet hair! ❤️😘

Olaplex in their own video introducing the product says you CAN use it wet just fine. While oil and water do not mix we're not making a salad dressing here.

@@nataliekillian5760 science is science! You can do anything you want, you can use any product on any type of hair. I am speaking from experience, not from what the directions, or olaplex says. It’s works fabulously on dry hair. Every time I have had someone say they used it on wet hair they said it does nothing. This was just a tip 😁

In this video alone you have someone saying it works on wet hair....so obviously it works just fine that way too. Odd take to go against the brand themselves thinking you know better lmao.
