That's Vini Lopez on drums I am pretty sure. His style was different than the original drummer. And yes I think that's Gary also. They aren't playing the stock parts either. Thinking about now he would have been a great replacement for Clarence when Bruce was looking. He has that "girth" in his sound.

And... this song has nothing to do with Clarence Clemons. Although... no disrespect to Clarence. He was a great sax player and deserves all the respect for being one of the Greatest sax players ever to have lived.
