Renner was going to just be helpful enough for nazaric to let her stay, But When the master of nazaric performed on a stage like that for her little dog, she thought to herself " oh shit, the dude that these geniuses worship as god of wisdom has an eye on me", so she will now try her hardest to be as useful as possible. on the other hand Ainz who was part of a roleplay guild was like, damn that was fun acting like a villain in front of that knight.

Renner did think she would have to go all out since the Ainz himself acted out in her play but because she was terrified. She had spent so much time getting on Albedo's good side, being useful, that with Ainz roleplaying an exaggerated villain for Renners sake, Albedo got pissed. For the supreme one to act a jester for Renner? In her mind, he had with a single move destroyed all the goodwill she had built with Albedo, making her think Ainz knew of her plans to only work moderately hard for them. As if Ainz was saying "good luck putting in median effort with Albedo pissed at you." When in reality Ainz just liked roleplaying a villain. The video didnt really explain the part with Albedo.

I don't really think he has to worry about anything, Ainz is just very cautious and self-deprecating. They would rationalize any mistakes he made and might not actually be able to turn on him at all. The NPCs are hard-coded to be loyal to him and that formed the base of their personalities when they became real. The only one who could possibly get them to turn on him would be each individual's actual creator since they should have higher loyalty to them but that might change after enough time in the New World, because the NPCs are coming to love him organically since he takes care of them and looks out for them like a father. Regardless, the two smartest floor guardians, Albedo and Demiurge, are also the most loyal to Ainz (or Momonga in Albedo's case) They are also intensely evil and if Renner so much as whispered a doubt about Ainz to either of them she likely wouldn't finish the sentence cause either one of them would kill her instantly. They would rationalize her arguments as trying to turn them against Ainz to seize power for herself and dismiss everything she said. She's tolerated because she was useful but she is not truly a member of Nazarick. Remember, Albedo wanted her own sister, Nigredo, to be executed for denying Ainz's order by sparing the infants (although Ainz didn't specifically order them to be killed, and Nigredo's actual settings require her to protect babies), so you can imagine what she would do to Renner. btw - Nigredo (the one with the giant scissors and the missing face) was programmed to be somewhat good while looking scary, while Albedo is stunningly beautiful and evil as hell. Nigredo cares about babies - hence the Virgin Mary and Baby Jesus on the wall of her room - and will lovingly take care of them until they hit 3 years old after which time she will throw them away and stop caring altogether, so they have to be taken from her before that happens. It's written into her back story.

Remeber, Ainz is was not a minmax player in ygdrasil, he and alot of other members were roleplay gamers, as the big bad villains. In his mind, he was the "final boss" confronting the "hero" Climb, in that situation. Also, the NPCs have memories of the game, anything they don't understand, like gamer lingo, irl memes etc, they attribute to "god-speak", and that Ainz is trying to translate it into something mortals can comprehend so some things are lost in translation so they have to put the missing pieces together so anyone who tries to "expose" him would be scoffed at, like "who's this idiot? he's so far below the intelligence scale that he thinks a god is stupid, lol"

The problem is, from my point of view, that it wouldn't really be a problem for most floor guardians to find out he isn't as smart as they think he is, except for two guardians. Demiurge, who praises and admires Ainz for his intellect, would be very disappointed. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he'd go rogue if he found out. But the one I'm most concerned about is Albedo. At the moment I feel like she wouldn't do anything to oppose Ainz, even with matters she doesn't agree with, because she believes him to be superior. However to me Renner and Albedo aren't much different, except that one is immensely powerful. Just like Renner would keep Climb save and control him, Albedo would do this for Ainz. The moment she finds out he isn't superior her actions will become more like Renner, manipulating situations and Ainz himself to get him more aligned with her opinions and her needs. For example at the moment if things go south for Ainz I believe Albedo would still stand by him and do as she is told because she believes Ainz to know better then her and everyone else. But if things go south for Ainz and she knows he isn't as smart as her, then I'll expect her to give the middle finger to all of Nazerick and focus solely on keeping Ainz alive, even if it's against his will or hurts him.

The funny thing is that several of Ainz's top advisors including Demiurge, Sebas, Albedo, and Shalltear give allusions to the fact that they are completely aware that he is not actually all that smart. But that he is highly intelligent, extraordinary powerful, willing and able to improve, and most importantly, genuinely loves them all dearly. They are all unwavering loyal, and if his "secret" was exposed, they would likely just kill the messenger and go about their day.

ainz is actually smart, his intelligence stats transferred as well so even if he doesnt know it, his actions regardless are smart and benefitable to nazarick, and thats not even within the top 10 of ainz fears.

So fun fact ainz went to the throne room himself because he wanted to roleplay and he isnt the strongest at nazeric like the vamp is stronger but lost due to not being smart enough and they have a npc that still hasn't shown up and might not show up who is also stronger by far and far more dangerous (because the flavor text became real and they made it where she is more likely to hit allies than the enemies and it doesn't help that shes a max level golem made out of i believe a world item and one of the strongest materials there are so absurdly strong) they all fear her and then to top it off the eighth floor has literal raid bosses on it just chilling there everyone else he could win against but it would be a challenge for the gardians and the butler (all max level as well)
