We should go back to the 3-2-2-3. We can't control the midfield anymore. Just long balls and crossing from the wings. Robertson is now more useful starting the build up from the back, as he has better passing and composure than our center backs. We need him in a position to pass to the RW, DM ou RCM, not close to the sideline making useless runs and crosses. A back 2 stretches our team too much and funnels the game into the wings, where the only option are crosses, dribbles or desperate runs, which tire players like Diaz and get us loosing the ball with our center backs too far apart. Back three is the most effective structure on the ball.

The players have let down klopp and the fans. Finishing is an individual thing. The team is playing well, but not finishing consistently with so many chances is bound to affect the morale of the team leading to conceding goals to blunders at the back.

As tough as it is to take as a supporter, I think if there is a silver lining we can take away from the past few weeks it's that these results (should) remind us that we've never been invincible under Klopp (even if it's felt that way at times) -- We've lost cup finals, we've come up short in the league by the slimmest margins (a few times), and we've faced 'bogey' teams that consistently find a way to trip us up. There's so much panic and anxiety about Klopp leaving, and now that a few results haven't gone our way it feels like that stress has started to impact the way we play -- There's too much 'forcing it' that go into these matches, and it's unbalancing the continuity we've been playing with all season (even, or especially, with the kids). It really feels like whatever happens next year is starting to loom too heavy over the club, and we need to chill. The world is going to keep spinning when Klopp leaves, we just need to refocus and enjoy the final few games we have now.

when I watch Liverpool these days, I don't think they are going to score in any game, of course they will, but most not from open play but pure luck or individual brilliant moments. We cant create chances, always do the same thing with Roberson trying to cross from the sides, cant cut teams open from play because we move the ball too slowly and most of the times have no idea what it is we want to do, that's why we back pass so much and play amongst ourselves. Set pieces most of the times wasted. You can have a terrible defense or attack, we have been blessed with both while our midfield is inconsistent at best as well, how we are screwing it up in all three departments while in being in the position we are should be studied by other teams so they can prevent it.
