They need to do a crossover and Olivia and Elliot get stranded somewhere. I honestly think that’s the only way they’ll really get a chance to actually talk. She need to catch Elliot up on everything that’s happened to her and really express her feelings. JMO

I think once they sit down and talk about their feelings for each other, the kiss won't be far behind! They just need some time alone to talk about everything they're feeling! I really think they are meant to be together! I like the idea of a romance between them and fighting crime for each of their departments!

Maybe I'm wrong, sorry, but it lacks energy ... like the both of them are tired. ( I Can compare that scene to another show where I can see peps and sparkles and energy. And the actress is a 50+...as well, but she has this energy).
